The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We booked this on very short notice and everything turned out perfect. The townhouse was gorgeous with very high ceilings and so much space. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. The beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was incredible! Everything was exactly like you see in the pictures! We could walk to many different shops, restaurants, and the beach. I was nervous about the walk to the beach because I am three months post back surgery, but the walk is totally doable. I was also nervous about how crowded it would be on the beach. I was pleasantly shocked at how easy the private access point to the beach was to get through, and how easily we could find a spot on the beach. We could get to the beach at 11 in the morning, and have a front row spot with no one behind us and still not be on top of other people already there. We enjoyed how easily we could get to the different pools too. All in all, this was an amazing find! I would gladly come back here any day!

We Stay here with a family of 10 it was great! Big rooms and everything very well organized. I would say the bed sheets weren’t as clean as they should, we found hair on almost all the beds except one. But other than that it was a great stay & the kitchen had everything we needed. A plus for the beach chairs & wagon made it so easy to walk to the beach. The beach umbrella is old but it worked for us.

Beautiful place to stay, especially traveling with kids. We enjoyed everything at this place with all the amenities! Having the bikes was definitely a plus. Love bike riding in the morning time. I really love all the kitchens accessories & appliances for us to use, which made our stay even better. We enjoyed having nice dinner at home & placing card games with the kids, specifically when it’s down pouring outside. I would definitely go back & stay there again. Everything was perfect.

The unit was amazingly clean and smelled so clean when we came in. Love the chairs around the dining table and the comfortable area in the living room room with the large TV The bedrooms upstairs were both just fantastic and very comfortable loving that they both had their own bathrooms Though we did not use the third level on this trip, it was set up amazing with the skylight and the two bunkbeds and still plenty of room Absolutely love that you had the wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach, toys, and anything we could want for our stay there Love the communication with the management company throughout our trip to make sure everything was top-notch and it completely was Love, love, love this place, and we will definitely be back and stay in this exact same unit
