The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.

This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Only feedback is the wifi went down a few times and realjoy would not handle so I asked for the contact number and handled it myself on Friday. However it went down again Saturday and nothing was done until Sunday night …. Someone should really prioritize it for guests particularly those that come from abroad and rely on wifi.

Third time staying, best black yet. Beach access directly across the street. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!! Very clean pool. Food, souvenirs and coffee in walking distance. You don’t need to bring much. Loved it!

We loved staying here! It was great for our family vacation, we absolutely loved the location and everything around it! Very safe! The pool and beach access was super convenient. The apartment was very clean, kitchen had all things necessary, balcony area was nice and had a beautiful view, overall we felt at home. My only complaint- one of the king beds mattress has some noticeable dips but we would definitely stay here again!

Communication with RealJoy was great from beginning to end. Was given wonderful information before our trip and all necessary information day of before checking in to make it smooth as possible. I had maybe 2 questions during ou stay and were answered promptly. Everything was straight forward, even check out instructions. Accommodation was cleaned thoroughly and nice and spacious. We had 4 adults and 1 toddler and never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. Icemaker was great as well. We are planning to stay here again next year if availability is there. View from the balcony is perfect. Price for this listing was great!!! Hard to find a place this nice and such a great price. Hopefully they can keep pricing as is on the future without having to price hike like most are doing these days. Our week here was a time we'll spent. Thank you REAL Joy.

All was great from start to finish. Clear instructions on how to check in and what to do at check out. Communication was spot on. Unit was very spacious and pristine. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was just right. For cooking, had all items you would need to either cook inside or outside on the grill. Perfect set up on the balcony and the view from the balcony is immaculate! No obstructions of the gulf. Great memories were made during this trip at the unit alone. So glad we chose to stay here for our week stay and REAL Joy was very accommodating. Hope to stay here again next year.

This was a nice condo with a great walkable distance to the private beach and many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and low beach crowds! The beach chairs and umbrella were a pleasant surprise. The WiFi was pretty inconsistent which was likely not within the control of the host, but it’s worth mentioning.
