Gulf Place Cabanas 410- Gulf Place Getaway

We had a wonderful week! We had a little trouble with the door lock when we first arrived but the issue was remedied quickly and we received the best customer service throughout the whole process. Minor detail there were not any hot pads for the oven. Other than that we loved everything and will definitely be back!

Close to everything! The view fantastic!! I can't imagine a better location to stay on 30A for the price, two bathrooms, incredible view, great beach access and all you need in the Gulf place area is walkable. Two adults staying here. Locking the door when you leave is terrible! Be careful and push door to be sure it's locked. It took a lot to lock it when you come and go.

The place was great! The view of the ocean was amazing and being so close with access to a private beach where you don't have to go save a spot is great. The place isn't huge, but had just enough space for my wife and I with our 2 kids. Spent all day at the beach most days, so that didn't really matter. We could easily walk to the restaurants on Gulf Place and the gift shops. Really didn't have to leave the area if you didn't want to. The host responded right away when we had a brief internet outage that resolved itself. We would stay here again!

We had a great time! Shunk’s gulley in walking distance was delicious and the beech across the street was serene. The unit is well furnished with a great balcony and view of the water. Highly recommend.

This top floor apartment in Gulf Place Cabanas has the most amazing view. The floor to ceiling glass windows leading out to the large balcony make for lots of light and spectacular Gulf views. The apartment is small but comfortable. RealJoy, the property management company, was quick to respond to any concerns I had during my 2 month stay. The Internet is strong and the kitchen is equipped with anything you could need.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, right across the street from three beach access walkways. Can see the water and the sunset from the balcony! Pool was heated, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had the basic essentials. Pecan Jack’s for ice cream was right down the block, and lots of food options were nearby. We loved it!

This condo was exactly as described. We very much enjoyed the large balcony and the short stroll to the beach access! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The location was great and within walking distance to several amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or small family. Great deal!

Location was everything! The area is walkable and not overcrowded. The beach access was perfect. Gulf Place Cabanas was fairly close to the public beach access area but its direct beach area was never overcrowded and felt really private. We drove closer to Watercolor and were very happy to be away from all the traffic of that area. All in all it was perfection.

We loved the property location and the size of the balcony and view were great. We were also glad its was on the top floor because we could hear some of the neighbors below us, we couldn’t imagine how bad the noise would be if we were not on the top floor. The furniture could be a little better quality and be refreshed, it was definitely low end “rental” furniture. Overall a great value to be on 30a.

Can’t beat the location! Beach access is across the street, and the Gulf views and breeze on the balcony are amazing. Beach service is less expensive than other 30A beaches we have visited, which was a bonus. Lots of restaurants close by BUT no market or convenience store. Plan to bring provisions or order Instacart, which we ended up doing since we didn’t have a car.
The accommodations were comfortable for my family of 4, but it would be a bit cozy with anymore. There is no laundry in unit, but the laundry room on the floor was great. Always available when we needed it and free! Don’t miss out on the larger pool around the corner. My kids loved that one, and I loved the shade. Overall, we had a great stay!

I got this place as a staycation for my wife’s (we live about 15 minutes north) birthday. The place is exactly as the pictures described. It was clean, quiet, with a beautiful view. It was exactly what my wife needed for a couple of days and she even said we need to use that as a place for our small family in the future.

This property was great! Great location if you’re looking to wake up to a beach sunrise view. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet nice place to stay away from a lot of traffic. The hosts were very nice and communicative so we always had quick responses if we ever needed anything. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever in the Santa Rosa/Destin area.

This 4th floor unit had an excellent view, convenient location and everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The space, layout and furniture suited our group of 3 perfectly. We also loved the different pools and easy access to the beach across the street. Less than 5 minutes from door to sand. I was worried about parking but it was never an issue. Great restaurants near by too. We really appreciated the ice maker with fresh ice upon arrival as well

Condo is better than the pictures show! It is small but excellent use of space. Super quick walk to beach! Less than 5 minutes and we weren’t walking fast. There is no pantry or cabinet for food in kitchen. We stacked food on fridge but wasn’t easy to get to. Rent here! You won’t be disappointed!

We rented a villa for three adults. If you're wanting to book, this place is perfect for two adults and four small children. We had minor issues and they took care of the next day. The villa was clean. The view is spectacular. Right across the street from the beach. Very quiet, safe, enjoyable. Eating out is a little pricy. You can save some cash by driving into Destin to eat. Thanks to our host! It was a great trip!!
