Situated in the heart of Gulf Place, a convenient coastal community in Santa Rosa, this location boasts 3 pools (two seasonally heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, BBQ grilling areas, and a large outdoor amphitheater. You'll be within walking distance of many cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and direct beach access just across the street!
Steps away, you'll discover a variety of shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to fantastic food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center features live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Cabanas building is at the center of it all! Explore the vibrant neighborhood or relax with a dip in the beautiful community pool and hot tub.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods. Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Loved our stay at gulf place. We will be back. Only thing is I wished they stocked a few more essentials such as a few extra toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Next time I will be more prepared. Im sure it was mentioned in the fine print before hand. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen is stocked with what we needed. Our stay was great! This was our first time in the area and we were not sure what to expect as far as locality around us. This place was right across the street from the public beach access and other restaurants and shops, which was very convenient. Beautiful Property!
Great property and location was amazing! The pool was directly outside our unit and the beach just steps away. Many great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Pecan jacks was our families favorite ice cream spot which we visited nightly. The condo was clean and communication with property manager was excellent as well!- Reviewed On: 4/7/2025
