Gulf Highlands 220

Great location! We walked couple times a day to the beach with two little kids no problem. Great coffee shops and restaurants around! Pools were great and it was nice to choose one for the day from the couple that the complex offers. Big bedrooms and very spacious downstairs living area.
Definitely be back again

The location was as described . It was inside of a well gated and secured location with 24hr security at the gate. The community pool was located right outside the back of the unit. Although the weather was a bit breezy and chilly outside, the pool was heated which made it more enjoyable. There were also a location to rent golf carts, bicycles, and electric scooters to get around faster in the community. The only downside was that the golf carts could not leave the property and were not street legal. But driving to the entrance of the beach with the golf cart made it so much more worth it to rent. The stay overall was great. No complaints. The description of unit was as described.

Townhouse was nice. Location required a bit more walking than i expected, especially the beach.
Instructions on bike or golf cart rentals could have been more clear.
Returned calls would have been nice.

This was a very comfortable space for 4 people and two dogs. It was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the ability to have access to my tv watching accounts. The upstairs duel shower head tiled shower was an absolutely luxurious experience after a hot day on the beach or walking around shopping.

My family and I enjoyed our visit and were not ready to leave. The home was exactly as described and the pool was a few steps away on the backside which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at this Gulf Highlands was positive. The condo was in a good location, the home was adequately stocked for our needs, and we had no difficulties getting to or from the condo. The people in the community were friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them. It was also a good place to walk daily, which was one of our goals.

My months stay was exceptional. The place was super clean, very well maintained. Real Joy made everything so easy. The backyard was wonderful to walk out the patio doors with my dogs. The location is perfect short easy walk to beach/clubhouse. Many good eating places close by and I felt safe being it was a gated community. I would definitely consider going back and renting from Real Joy again.

This is our second time to stay at gulf highlands. Last year we stayed on Lisa Marie lane and loved it as well. When I saw the listing for this one in the same neighborhood, I immediately booked it knowing that it would be safe and a great place to stay. This is a gated community so it makes you feel comfortable knowing you are going back to your house with ease. Personally we haven’t rented a golf cart, but If you have children or a lot of things to bring to the beach, then this would be a great thing to do since the walk is about 10-15 minutes from the beach access gate. The pools were also clean as well as all facilities around the complex. Overall, we had a great time and plan to visit again next year! ??

Great place to stay. Very spacious. The double shower was amazing. The only issue we had was the floors werent as clean as they should be for the cost of the cleaning fees. My daughters feet were black in a matter of 30secs of being in her walker, even though it looked cleaner than it was. Other than that we enjoyed our time at this place.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Only issues we had were the floors were super dirty, I’m assuming from previous people who stayed visiting the beach, and the washer wouldn’t work, but the company sent someone right out to fix the washer. Overall great location and very quiet.

Great location and very clean property. Loved the shower in the master. Bed in the other bedroom was problematic as frame did not support the mattress. Couldn’t get internet to work then lost cable.
