With 2 King beds, 1 Queen, 2 Full beds, 2 Twin beds, and 4 Bunk beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive decks, soaking in the breathtaking Gulf views. Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. A few of our favorite restaurants are the Perfect Pig, walking distance from Grouper Therapy, The Old Florida Fish House, and Whiskey Bravo. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the worlds best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has a Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Bradsher Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our group of 9. The rooms and beds were perfect with options like u k beds with full size mattresses and beds on every floor. It would be hpful if the web site showed which rooms were on what floor. We had an elderly family member and we couldn't decide where where her room should be (stairs). Perfect vacation spot
We had 3 families with the youngest being 4. This place was perfect for us. It had everything you needed. There was even some beach necessities in the outside closet. The beach access is so close. The staff was quick to respond to questions. I would recommend ordering 4 chairs to be set up for you on the beach. This gives you a definite spot. Great Home Away From Home
Snowbirds that rented Grouper Therapy for 10 weeks. Multiple visitors enjoyed the spacious layout, en-suite bedrooms, multi level wrap around decks and easy beach access. The house is equipped with everything needed from kitchen cookware & utensils to games & puzzles. A gas grill & 4 bikes are included. Bring your own beach chairs & towels. Great home for families
We absolutely loved this home. We had three families come with their kids (all teenagers) and we had so much room in this home. The layout was perfect. The views were fantastic. So close to the beach. We loved having the bikes to go riding. I felt like the owners went above and beyond with the house and how it was stocked. Kitchen was small but nobody had any issues with it and it worked fine for all of us. We had no issues at all with the home and we will definitely be coming back!- Reviewed On: 3/30/2022

Second time to stay here!
We stayed in this home for the second time last month, and we love it!! Seagrove Beach is the perfect location between Seaside and Rosemary. So many great restaurants and things to do right out your door. This home is a perfect location!! The private beach is less crowded than other areas. We love the gated street so our kids can ride scooters around or walk (literally) right out the door to the pool. And just a few steps and you are ON THE BEACH!! It makes it so easy to just pop back and forth to the house for bathroom breaks, food, etc. The home sits right off 30a (on the beach side). We loved walking across the street to The Perfect Pig or taking a short walk or bike ride to get donuts and snow cones. It is also an easy bike ride to Seaside! The house is spacious and clean. The bedrooms are large, and the extra bunks in the hall are so much fun for kids. Can easily fit multiple families with two upstairs king bedroom suites! The management company was great and super easy to work with. I really appreciate them quickly answering any questions I had during our stay. Enjoyed our stay at Grouper Therapy. The house was as described. Location was close to the beach...short walk. Well equipment stocked kitchen.
