The chef-ready kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, two full-size refrigerators, and generous storage, while the adjacent dining areas and bar seating provide the perfect setting for shared meals and celebrations. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and sweeping water views, with a sun deck featuring luxury seating and stairs leading to the main deck and beach.

The first floor feels like its own private retreat with two queen suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, a full kitchen, an additional full bathroom, laundry area, and a covered beachfront deck with dining seating, a propane grill, and direct beach access. The third floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious king master suite with its own private balcony and in-room hot tub, a second king master suite with an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third floor also includes a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, queen-over-queen bunk bed, and ensuite bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for larger families or groups. The fourth floor offers a fun bunk room with three twin bunks, sleeping up to six guests. Throughout the home, multiple balconies and deck spaces provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy Gulf breezes, stunning sunsets, and the soothing sound of the waves. Downstairs, the covered beachfront entertainment area creates the ultimate gathering spot with dining spaces, bar seating, a grill, a hammock, and easy access to the sand. Best of all, the beach isn’t simply nearby—it’s your backyard, with expansive outdoor spaces and a private ramp making it easy to step directly from the home onto the beach. Area Attractions:
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shops. 

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
