We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and updated! Just for FYI the up stairs ice make didn’t work and one of the downstairs bunk beds on the top bunk had sand in the sheets. Again we enjoyed our stay and one of nicer places we’ve stayed at! We are already looking forward to next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Reef #6! We had a group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 1 toddler. The place fit very comfortably. Can't beat the location! The owner was super responsive and very helpful before and during our trip. After 20 years of vacationing in Destin, this is our favorite place to stay!

This was our first time to visit Destin. Property was as described on Vrbo. Property Manager was responsive. Beach and water were awesome. Private beach is a must if visiting Destin. We had 8 adults and 4 children. Cooking in was way better than eating out, never found a good restaurant to eat at. Towels at house were small and there were not enough washcloths for the amount of people but everything else was great! We rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island that was fun! Getting donuts from Parlor Doughnuts is a must. On the first night we got pizza and salads from Pascalli Kitchen - they were good and it is just down the street.

We were literally only a few steps to get to where our complimentary chairs and umbrella was located. The beach area in front of our unit was private with no public access. There’s a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The 2 kitchens had everything we needed. The main living and dining areas are quite spacious and so is the lower level deck. There was an issue with the dryer and the owner dealt with it promptly. The lower 2 bedrooms sleep a lot of people, but there is no place to unpack your luggage. That might not be important to some people. This unit has lots of amenities for renters to enjoy.

Hi Robbie, thank you for your 5-star review! You did not communicate any issues with us, or we would have tried to resolve things with you, as possible. We provide 16 bath towels (4 per bathroom) along with hand towels, wash cloths, make up towels, and beach towels, so I'm not sure why you had to wash towels daily. Yes, the master bedroom does get light in it somewhat early, but again, many people love waking up to the sunrise beach view right from their beds (like we do personally, as well - nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the water!!). We had a wonderful time staying at this property! House & amenities were as described - direct private beach access was great for our families with small children & infants. King size beds in all of the rooms were also nice to have. Propane grill was in good shape. Beach chair service was great & it was very easy to work with the chair company to add additional chairs/umbrellas for our stay. Location was perfect, extremely easy to get anywhere in Destin/Miramar Beach and being within walking distance to restaurants was very nice. The only minor downsides we noticed: there is only one bathtub, so bathing littles with multiple families is a bit difficult. Water pressure wasn’t great & some of the toilets took a really long time to refill. These were extremely minor issues and did not take away from our enjoyment at all!

I can’t say enough good things about this beach house. It’s very spacious and beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! Everyone who stayed with us or visited were in awe. My son got married which was the reason for us visiting Destin. The private beach access was a huge perk as well. We stayed in mid-June 2023. Communication with the owner leading up to vacation was excellent. It was timely and collaborative. Communication while there was the same. At one point, there was some storm damage that occurred to the sunscreen on the deck. The owner had their team out there the next day to repair it completely. I really appreciated the responsiveness. Overall, the unit was extremely clean and fully stocked. A nice touch was that all of the drawers/cabinets, switches, closets, etc were labeled, which made it easier to navigate an unknown space. This was our 5th visit in 7 years to the Destin/Miramar area and by far the best place we've stayed in. Already looking to book for 2024!

Great location. Love that the beach is private but maybe inform your guests that while the beach is private it will be their responsibility to enforce that. People want to ignore the rules and come set up from the public beach in your space. The families on either side of us banned together and would stop this several times a day! It amazes me the nerve people have to completely disregard the rules regarding private beach areas

Once you go beachfront you can’t go back. This property was perfect for our multigenerational family. Would be mindful for individuals that have difficulties with stairs. Perfect gathering spaces for meals and individual spaces for quiet moments. The two kitchens helped speed up meal prep. Daily beach chair service was the chefs kiss along with the house’s beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. Emily was wonderful with communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The private beach was very nice. You did not feel crowded. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The kids could walk a little ways down the beach and rent paddle boards, parasail, and the banana boat. Captain Dave’s was in walking distance and it was a great place to eat. My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful beach house in Destin, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the spacious, well-appointed interior. The house itself is a true gem - beautifully designed and decorated, with plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Aside from the incredible house, the private beach included with the rental was the icing on the cake. We were guaranteed a perfect, uncrowded, unobstructed spot each day with chairs and an umbrella. It was paradise. Throughout our stay, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation unforgettable. We truly felt like we were living in paradise, and we cannot wait to return to this amazing beach house again in the future. This beautiful home is only overshadowed by its perfect location on the beach! As soon as you step into this inviting escape you not only begin to relax but wonder if you've stepped into an HGTV episode. The home is tastefully decorated and is COMFY with many COZY spots. Our mornings were spent on the sunny porch sipping coffee and watching dolphins play....and our afternoons on the lower (HUGE) shade deck. When you want to stroll off the deck directly onto the sandy beach your complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are waiting for you! We are a family who prefers to cook together and we were so pleased with the well equipped kitchen with new appliances...(even a beautiful new crock pot) as well as the BBQ and (again) large eating area on the deck. Too many wonderful features of this home to mention....When considering a home rental in Destin...this home should be first on your list!

This is a beautiful property on the inside and back deck area with amazing views of the ocean. My husband and I got married while staying here and it was perfect for our family and friends. The only negative was that we asked for an early check-in and were told the cleaning personnel needed the full amount of time and we couldn’t enter until 4pm, which was understandable. We arrived around 4:20pm, and one of the cleaners arrived back at the house around 4:30 to get towels out of the dryer and fold them while we were getting our things unloaded. There was also lots of sand left in the master bathroom floor that obviously hadn’t been vacuumed. So, the “cleaning” needs some improvement. Otherwise, great property with great views!

I take my kids and grandkids to the beach every year for a family vacation, this was year 17. Kids range from 43 to 53, grandkids range from 9 to 23. We have rented this property for years. Kim is a joy to rent from. We have no complaints. We are able to spend time with our family/friends and have the peace of setting on our private master deck. The three decks are spacious and being on a private beach is the icing on the cake. The townhouse is clean, updated and beautiful. Our home away from home .... A+

We loved it here! The beaches are exceptional, prettiest American coast lines I’ve seen! So clean, crystal clear water, and smooth white sand! Dolphins swam by everyday! The house is very spacious, roomy living areas and bedrooms. Modern, relaxing, homey feel. I especially love the huge dining area off the kitchen AND on the desk where our entire party of 12 could eat together. We cooked three meals while we were here. Walking down the steps straight into the sand with our kiddos was so convenient! Great size and quality especially for the price per night! We did encounter a couple of problems that the host was very responsive with. The AC actually went out on the main floor and instead of waiting weeks for parts, they went ahead and replaced the unit so we didn’t have to endure 80 degree temps through the rest of our stay! In troubleshooting the AC, the host told us that the front door was showing as standing open a lot and we definitely hadn’t done that. So we found out unless it was dead bolted it was showing as open. The front door/lock and key pad was a little loose so maintenance fixed it while there about the AC. We had a little trouble typing the code and getting it open when we first got there because of how the door was loose so I’m glad it was tightened. Our only minor complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned the best. I understand some sand being on the floor, idk how you could get it all anyway. But certain areas like baseboards, ovens, downstairs refrigerator, and over mirrors in downstairs bathroom need a spring cleaning. There was a basket of dirty towels, a retainer, and sticky bra pads left from other tenants in the upstairs bathroom I was in. So it definitely wasn’t nasty but needs a good deep cleaning in certain areas. It wasn’t dirty enough to complain and want someone to come while we were there. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay, very helpful responsive host, and the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in America!

My husband and I and our very young children stayed here with grandparents and extended family from Canada, and we all felt so spoiled all week having the beach views from the windows, the large deck to relax on while the kids played, and the private beach (with security and chair service, no less!)… plus we walked to restaurants all week. it was absolutely incredible. You are truly steps away from the beach, lots of deck space for the reception, and the house was plenty roomy and perfectly set up with everything we needed! Emily was truly the best host! She was always quick to respond, very thorough, and very helpful with any questions that we had! I seriously cannot think of anything that could have made our stay better! This property was amazing. There was enough space for my family and friends to gather here after my daughter getting married in Fort Walton. We had a small issue with the AC, however owner had someone come out the very next day !! Communication was awesome with her. I will highly recommend this place in the future. We had a wonderful time and the communication with property managers/owners was great. I was disappointed that the clothes dryer didn’t work properly. I usually like to have our laundry done before we leave, so it’s not waiting when we get home. Also, keeping people from the public beach access and other, more crowded condos is a hassle. Beach patrol wasn’t there everyday, but the days they were set up, we didn’t have a problem.

I cannot say how great this home an location are. I do not think I can stay anywhere else. The house is large with views from every floor. Lots of space for all of us to spread out. Having two kitchens was the bomb especially of of the gigantic corner beach deck- convenient for deck dinners and beach snacks. Even more spoiling is stepping right of the deck onto our own exclusive slice of beach. We did not have to fight for a post as the whole beach from corner to corner of the beach deck was all ours to use. Being able to walk off the beach into the house for snack, drinks, potty etc is spoiling. I cannot wait to return. The owner was awesome to work with. Getting to reserve my next vacation as soon as we can figure out what dates we want.

I recently stayed here with my family (15 ppl) for a nice vacation on the beach. We have several little children so the location right on the beach can't be beat AND since we came while COVID is still an issue, having the private beach was very comforting. The house had great common space, with large sofas and lots of seating so we could all spend time together at night. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook so we didn't have to go out for many meals. The beds were all comfortable the place seemed clean and well maintained. Management was always very responsive which was nice and the whole process went smoothly from rental to checkout. Only a few things to note that weren't great; the spiral staircase is no joke and with little kids going up and down it made us a bit nervous, there is an outside option and nobody ever had any issues, but it wasn't ideal. The other thing to note is the bathroom space downstairs is limited which makes it challenging for a lot of people to share that bathroom. The location of the house is great, lots of restaurants near by and a short drive to golf, grocery stores and things to do. Overall, the place is very nice and made for a great place for our family to enjoy a much needed vacation. We hope to be back!

I can not even begin to explain how wonderful this property is! From the moment you walk in the front door all you can see is the beautiful ocean through the enormous windows of the living area! The property was immaculate when we arrived. We traveled with 7 adults and 6 children (9, 7, 3, 2, 1, 3weeks old) We enjoyed every minute we spent on our family vacation. Aside from the unbeatable view from every spot of the home the part we enjoyed most was the location! Close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores but far enough away to be secluded from all the hustle and bustle. I can't say enough about how fantastic this property really is. The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you so much to Kimberly and her team for providing our family with the trip of a lifetime!!

This property was perfect for our family. We had adults, teenagers, young children and an infant. We sat up our tent and chairs first thing in the morning right in front on the rental. We left everything there all day. When my daughter needed to take the baby back to our unit,, she just walked up the stairs and was able to watch from the big picture window. Thank you. It is difficult to explain to guests that we are not the normal "private beach" as most private beaches still share their beach with a whole complex, subdivision, or high rise. To explain to our guests that each home owns their own beach from corner to corner of the over sized beach deck down to where the public walks along the water is a precious slice of your own private backyard! except the backyard is your beach where you do not have to fight for sand AND you have some distance between the next people sitting on the beach! The ease of being able to go in and out of the house from the beach is just like coming out of your back door to your backyard. Quite spoiling.

We had bad luck and only got to stay one night due to hurricane Michael. But this place is absolutely wonderful. Amazing view, easy beach access, and plenty of space. I was worried because I forgot to bring my fan, but to my surprise there was a fan in every room. Nice surprise for us folks that like to sleep with a fan at night. Will most definitely be back. Having your own private beach makes the vacation. The home is well done and the view is peaceful and beautiful. We plan to stay again next year. The bedrooms are beautiful and having four full bathrooms helps. The owner is helpful with information and readily available if needed. On the second deck is a bar-high table and one chair. Would like to have other chairs to enjoy the view with coffee in the am and at night. Make sure you take a few beach chairs if there are more than four of you or if you prefer lounge type chairs on the beach. Wonderful vacation, we did not want to leave.

There are so many reasons this beach house was perfect for our family retreat. There's something wonderful that happens when family travels from all parts of the country and gather under one roof for a week of re-connecting. Because of its size it can handle a big family and we each still had our own space. It's a perfect location in Destin. Close to everything you may need from the "city" but once you close the door its 100% beach time. The beach is perfect and big and a wonderful playground. There's tons of deck room for tanning or just hanging out. We love it and will come back again and again.

We have stayed at a different Green Reef unit in past years but we brought along another family this year so needed more space- which Green Reef #6 def provided. There are so many beds!! And the kids loved the bunks. Having the basement level kitchen was so handy, and we grilled fish my husband caught. We really loved hanging on the oversized deck. When our Kuerig didn’t work, the owners had a new one brought to the house soon after. They are super responsive and we appreciated that. A few tips/recs: We recommend renting bikes as we took them to Crab Trap, Camille’s or Bad Ass Coffee almost every day. So fun!! Also we brought our Roku to plug in main level TV so the kids could have Netflix/Plex/YouTube TV. The downstairs tv did have Netflix on it which was great. Love Green Reef as we were so close to movies and bowling during the one rainy day. And Publix & Whole Foods is a 5 min drive away!

Our three generation family enjoyed our "beach vacation" at Green Reef 6. You walked into the main level and your eye was immediately drawn to the view of the beach and water. It was breathtaking! The house was really nice and accommodated our family's needs. It was wonderful to have enough room for our entire family to stay under one roof and have our own private beach. Everyone could go back and forth to the beach as they pleased. The water was wonderful, beach area was well maintained. The area seemed to be very family oriented. Our family also enjoyed dolphin watching from the window and "crabbing". The only 2 negatives I have is the 1) spiral staircase as several family members had difficulty navigating them. We locked the door and used the outside stairs however this did make it feel as if those family members were in a separate unit. 2) Air circulation in the beach level bedrooms especially when all beds were filled. I have shared information with friends about this property who may be interested in vacationing in Destin. They were impressed with its proximity to the beach. It was a great place for a family vacation!

Always love going on Spring Break to Destin. Always love renting condos from these owners. This unit has a brand new basement that walks out directly to the private beach. While we were there, the owners had an HVAC contractor install a whole new system, so I know they keep up with maintenance and in a timely manner. Being self-employed, I always have to bring work with me. It's just a whole lot nicer to do it looking directly out to the beach and gulf from the unit with an unobstructed view.

It was real nice walking out the door and the beach is right their , must say the beach with the white sand was beautiful . The property was clean and had everything we needed ..We will be going back down in February for another trip and staying here . Great restaurants walking distance which we enjoyed .

This house is breathtaking and very spacious. My family and I enjoyed our time at this gorgeous home. There is easy access to the private beach. Many fantastic restaurants nearby. This is the perfect getaway for friends and family. I would recommend this home to anyone looking in the Destin area.

We had a fantastic family vacation! Beautiful view of the beach as soon as you walk in front door. Walking distance to amazing beach front restaurants. Close to great shopping and family entertainment but we spent most of our time enjoying the large patio and beach. The mattresses were good quality and we slept well every night. The kitchen was well stocked so you can spend a quiet night at "home" if you want to. Our family had a great time and would gladly return another year.

This place is awesome it has a great view and huge corner patio. Dolphin are all over the beach and the fact you have your own private beach at your doorstep is marvelous. Crab Trap is walking distance and pompano joes a mile down the road. The best Florida trip I have experienced.

We absolutely loved staying at this vacation home. Waking up with a view of the sand and water was amazing, we even got to see some dolphins right from our bed one morning! You can't get any closer to the beach - perfect for family vacation or a getaway with friends. Walk right out to the sand - it's perfect!

Our family always stays in a different place each year in Destin depending on what is available and after staying here, we have decided this is where we will always stay. The title, while accurate, only brushes the surface of what you get staying here. The private beach feels as though it is in your living room and the water is only a 20 second walk once you step off the deck and touch your feet to the sand. The best part of the private beach is not having to fight for space and having the option to relax in the sun without the constant noise of hundreds of tourists stuffed onto one small public beach area. The house itself, while sleeping so many, still remains cozy. With two full kitchens and two full living rooms, you can really host a nice vacation with friends and family. Whether you mix and match people throughout the house, or split children and adults between the three floors, you are sure to be able to find privacy in whichever way you please. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect paradise on the Gulf!
