Welcome to Grayt Oasis, a stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Nestled within the exclusive and newly completed Grayton Landing enclave, this four-story residence offers luxurious living in a serene Old Florida-style setting. Highlights include a private elevator for effortless access between floors and a rooftop observation deck on the fourth floor with breathtaking views.

The first floor boasts a spacious veranda overlooking the pool and lake, thoughtfully designed for family entertainment with cozy seating and a ping pong table. The second floor features a king master bedroom, while the third floor offers another king master suite, a guest room with a king bed, and another guest room with a queen bed. The fourth floor houses a delightful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Come experience why the fun never stops at Grayt Oasis!

Grayton Landing features a lakeside swimming pool with a sun patio, ample pool loungers, a pair of hammocks, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill for fun cookouts, a wet bar, and a pavilion with tables for poolside dining. It's only a five-minute stroll to the beach, but you can launch a paddleboard from the neighborhood dock and get across the lake to the gulf in no time.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, but it also provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, hiking, and snorkeling - you'll find it all right here!

Enjoy this Funky, Free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes. It’s an eclectic beach burg with good times, picket fences, funky art, and great dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options such as Grayton Seafood Co, or Trattoria Borago. This is much more than a cool beach town, this location is the best of both worlds, enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway while still having a lot of action-packed activities at your fingertips.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

A jewel tucked away perfect for extended family……

Best location with 5 gated houses on quiet back street. Pool, lakefront, BBQ community area perfect to spread out with grandkids. Can walk or bike everywhere. Kitchen very well-stocked. House very spacious! Stairs and toting suitcases may be a problem for some. There is a quite expensive daily chage if you want to use the elevator. My only suggestion is that the housekeeping staff check all appliances between rentors as the washing machine was broken and unusable for whole week. The rental company was very responsive to the issue but it needed parts ordered.

Beautiful home. Wonderful location so convenient to walk to beach and Red Bar, Bad Ass coffee and community pool and lake.
It’s like being at the lake and the beach at the same time.
2 master bedrooms and top floor is perfect for kids hangout. The bikes were quality and used everyday. Loved this part of 30a, more down to earth than Seaside or Rosemary. Kitchen is open and spacious. Wolf and sub zero appliances. 2 bed swings on porch. Lots of places to go and have your peace on this property.

Amazing!

A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent. We ran a load of towels halfway through our visit. Only negatives are we weren't able to access the ping pong area and the main area slip covers need a wash. Highly recommend!!

YALL!

This is my first property review ever! I could not wait to tell you guys about this property! Let me just say, my entire party was in awe with this property! Everything was AMAZING! The king beds are so spacious and comfortable! Each floor had it's own balcony! The Master Suites Bathrooms 100/10! You really just have to see it in person! The property was well equipped with toiletries, dishes, blankets, ice and much more. My favorite thing about the house was the kitchen appliances! All the appliances looked as if they were built into the cabinets! The view of the pool and lake was just beautiful! There's also like a litte strip with shopping and food about 1/2 a mile away from the home. I really can't wait to come back! OCEAN REEFS, you guys are alright with me! My only complaint was that it rained that Saturday we were there, which meant no pool/beach time!

Perfect home for our family

Loved the home!! It was in a quiet area in the middle of the busiest Spring Break! We loved the decor...very simple but nice! There were just a few things that the owner & management company should know: The check in was at 4:00pm. I got there at 4:15pm. It was not clean until 5:20pm. They forgot to clean the balconies and one bathroom. They left the trash from the last guest. We had no room to take our trash out. I called the management company, and they said someone would come that day. No one ever showed up. What made it bad was an animal was getting in the trash every night, so in the morning we had to clean up someone else's trash. :( That said it still was a wonderful area to get away from the busy day. We would stay there again, just wish the management company had been more on top of things.
