The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with all-new bedding:

Master Suite: King bed, private balcony access, and tropical-inspired master bath with a relaxing jetted tub

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with direct bathroom access for a private, suite-like feel

Third Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk beds — perfect for kids, teens, or adults

The kitchen is equipped for easy meals at home, with an electric cooktop, new microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, new silverware, pots and pans, and everyday cooking essentials. And we’ve made beach days easier! Guests have access to 4 beach chairs, a large beach wagon, beach umbrella, and a Pack ’n Play for little travelers.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. All monthly rentals with pets must pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet. The accommodation is very well located, easy to get in and out, enough parking, ample agitations, only if you like to watch television or streaming make sure you bring Apple TV, or Roku or cable to connect the tablet, the TVs have cable but they do not have connection to applications, they are not intelligent, no very good utensils, if you are going to cook you need knives and board, there is nothing in the edible kitchen, you will need them, oil pepper, all the essentials, it is not a complaint, only that I would have liked to know before arriving, the excellent location, facing the sea.

Beautiful beach and sunsets

Beautiful views from balcony with amazing sunsets and gorgeous beach. Perfect stay for our group. Loved that it had a big bath tub and separate shower in Master bedroom. Kitchen worked well. Other than a few cracked floor tiles and an older worn down dining table, the place was wonderful. Location is ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay, we contacted the host several times with questions before our stay, as well as a problem we had with adjusting the thermostat. the host replied promptly, and resolved the issues we had. The location is great, the building is clean. the only suggestion I would have is for the host to have more towels, there was 8 of us and there wasn’t enough towels for all of us. Other than that the beds were comfortable, clean sheets. Check in was without problems.

Southern Hospitality at its finest!!!!

We had a lil hiccup where the kids bedroom door was stuck….and it was my babygirl’s birthday (she turned 2). They were stuck in the room and in full panic mode. I contacted RealJoy and IMMEDIATELY an agent arrived and got the door open. He concluded that it was a construction issue and would have it fixed the following day. After being advised that it was our daughter’s birthday, he stated that he will also bring her a gift for the trouble the following day. He did!!!! My daughter was so surprised and excited! My husband and I was in complete shock because we couldn’t believe he kept his word. My only regret is that I didn’t get his name to give him the proper recognition he truly deserves. Overall the condo is awesome and definitely made us feel right at home as a family. Thank you again Real Joy and our next vacation reservation will definitely be made with you guys.❤️

Perfect views and location

Loved the location and views. Great space for 8 people! It needs a little upgrading on beds and couches, very soft and worn out. As well as the pans in Kitchen and no more nonstick on them . Microwave was missing a handle. Living room was missing mirror on the wall, just nails on the wall

We had a great time. The condo was nice and stocked fairly well in the kitchen. Be sure and bring trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, cleaning supplies, spices to cook with. The kids enjoyed plenty of beach time!

All in all it was a good trip and the condo was great!

Although we were under 21 they worked with us and treated us with respect. We in turn took care of the property and were able to receive our full deposit back. Not many places rent to under 21 year olds. Pools could have been bigger, but we knew they were not big. Concerts on the beach were great, but main acts did not perform many songs. Most everything was really good, can't complain to much about our stay.

Great

The location was great. It was very clean and accommodating of our group of 8. The guy that mans the lot could have been friendlier especially when it came to directing us on where to park etc! I really didn’t like the fact that if you rent a golf cart for your stay, you cannot park it in the parking lot. So that was frustrating.

The whole condo was absolutely beautiful! It was way more than we had hoped for. We took our children and thier children. This hands down the very best vacation we have ever had! Would recommend it to anyone. The only problem we had was there were roaches living in the stove. Didn't see them anywhere but there. It's a shame to pay the kind of money we pay to stay here and they have roaches. The roaches in the stove were the worst. As expensive as these condo's charge, there should not be any kiND of bugs. A little disappointed about that. Other than that, we had the times of our lives!
