The place was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. It was close to the beach and also to other things like places to eat and extracurricular activities that kept the kids busy. We also love the pool. Everyone had such a good time. We will book this condo again when we vacation in this area again.

Extremely great place. Very clean, EXCELLENT location, and easily accessible to the beach. The elevator was fast every single time. Not overcrowded at all. The best view of the ocean with plenty of room for a big family!!

The security parking attendant was not very friendly. Banged on the door and was disrespectful when informing me to move my vehicle to the correct lot. My wife and friends came to the area with great spirits. A simple request of please and thank you would have been the correct way to address us. This was the only stain on otherwise a great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here for 5 weeks. Great location with easy access to shopping and grocery delivery, clean well stocked condo with the best views and great beach location. Exactly what we wanted and the management company was available immediately anytime we needed to ask a question.

The condo is beautifully designed with a luxurious living space and 10ft ceilings, giving it a spacious and airy feel. The highlight of this property is its location right on the beach, offering stunning views from the huge balcony and living room. One of my favorite things about this condo was the private balcony, where my entire family could relax while viewing the white sand beach and listening to the waves crashing against the shore. Overall, I highly recommend Grandview East 302 for anyone planning a trip to the Emerald Coast.

We loved the layout and location of the condo! Slept comfortably for 7 of us. You can just walk right out to the beach which we all loved! Not super crowded. However my only two cons would be that the renter need to update their kitchen appliances/utensils. Some dishes were dirty and rusted. Also The queen bunks weren’t comfortable, could use nicer pillows & blankets maybe even new mattresses. Besides that I will keep this property in mind for future trips and would 100% recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was as shown in the pictures!
Overall it was very comfortable with beautiful decor and a peaceful feel throughout. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom ( we only used that one) and comfy sofas in the living room. The furniture on the balcony was perfect for sitting up high or enjoying cushioned chairs down low! Very easy access to the beach and parking and, although it was across the street, it was not an inconvenience at all. You are allowed to park next to the building in a designated spot to unload. There are carts to use. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the company that owns the umbrellas on the beach, takes up the entire waterfront and leaves very little room for guests to place their umbrellas between them and the water. It's $40 a day for a set of chairs and an umbrella if you want to use those. All that said, we decided that wouldn't stop us from enjoying our time there, so we had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful! There is a lot to do in the area and great restaurants to eat at. We loved this little storefront restaurant that is a hidden gem, Boricuba. Amazing food! Try their Jibarito with arroz con gandules! It was AMAZING! Also, if you have time, take a short drive to St. Andrews beach, you won't be disappointed! It's very easy to get to. And last but not least, make sure your dates are accurate before you book, no changes are allowed for even moving dates over a day, once made, they are set in stone. Thankful our original plans worked out for us!

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Property management answer promptly and works to resolve issues. We did have issues. The cleaning staff is horrible. There were crumbs on the couch and floor, Hair was found in the tubs, the place did not stink but it did not smell freshly clean. The worse part was there were roaches. Mainly babies but we had an adult one as well. All in the kitchen and dinning area. This was horrible and frightening. They did come spray but I know this could not be the first complaint so they need to be having weekly monthly sprays I. The complex. Whatever you do do not pack early and shake the heck out of your items when repacking. They also need to leave cleaning supplies in hand ti clean toilets and bathtubs Tubs could use some deep cleaning. Besides that the view was beautiful could not ask for more in that area.

We loved everything about the condo from beach decor and homey vibe we couldn’t have picked a better place for us to stay for 9 days! We were 3 adults and 3 teenage girls in PCB for the New Years Softball Fest. We loved that there was no issues with the elevators like most resorts and if there was this unit is on the 3rd floor so not to bad if we had to take the stairs.
