Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Room 1604 is very nice.

We love the room. Everything in 1604 is nice. Except the toaster is not working properly. We didn't like the building it self. I didn't like the parking . They give us 2 parking pass, but we only use one. We drove around for 15 min and couldn't get a parking space. We got so frustrated. We noticed some room have at leat 14 young adults under age of 25. The building smell so much weed. The property looked like it was about to fall apart. The concrete structure above the pool (1st floor of the building) has been compromised because parts of it is falling off and showing its rebar. It scared me to walk back and forth from the beach to my room.

Property is clean and well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The gulf view from the deck is stunning. We would definitely stay here again. Our only couple of hiccups during the week were with the building itself, not the condo. There are two elevators in the building. The majority of the week, only one was working. Also, the pool area is only large enough for about three families and part of it was under construction while we were there.

Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised. Beach feels quite empty, even when busy and especially when compared to nearby buildings. Beds were crazy comfortable - hard to get out of them in the morning, when listening to the waves crash.

We absolutely loved the place as soon as we walked in the door! It felt just like home but even better by being on the beach. Great location and really close to a lot of activities and restaurants whether we wanted to walk or drive. The home also provided beach tools such as an umbrella and seating. Everything was amazing! We will definitely be back!
