We enjoyed out stay in Panama City Beach. The view from the condo of the gulf was perfect. The size of the patio and the chairs were perfect for having coffee or a glass of wine. The condo was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Keyless/contactless entry was awesome. Got our code and checked in w no issues. Home was freshly cleaned, you could smell the cleaning products! Which I loved. Beds could’ve been comfier but were good! Lots of space. Everything worked well. Overall, it was a great stay! We usually stay in a house so the elevator was a hassle but obviously we knew that when we booked a condo over a home this year. Didn’t like the fact that the carts didn’t fit inside so we had to keep going to the door & back when unloading. Also the fact that we didn’t know we’d be parking across the street from our condo until day of. Crossing a busy street with the kiddos is what we like to avoid.

Lovely condo that was very accessible for me as a manual wheelchair unit. Sound proofing between units is good and never heard neighbors. Large balcony with a great breeze. Kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make meals in.

The property is beautiful. I did not like the fact that I had to park across the street from the condo itself. With as much I paid, I should have been able to park with a blue pass. The bathroom with the spa tub was gorgeous but the jets did not work. That was disappointing.

Great Location and wonderful view from the 16th floor balcony. Had two minor maintenance issues during the stay and RealJoy responding promptly and resolved the issues. Stayed for the whole month of January, 2024. A good value for what we paid. Thank You!

The condo was clean and conveniently located, it was perfect for my wife and our parents. Don’t be concerned about the condo being on the 16th floor. The elevators are quite quick and there was minimal wait, unlike other high-rise condos we’ve stayed in. The condo was immaculately clean and overall well-stocked. We would stay again!

The condo was nice and open. The booking, check in and check out process were all very easy. Love that it was pet friendly. Building was not too busy, elevators were always ready. The outside of the building was kept clean. Although the condo seemed clean I do feel like the linens needed to be refreshed/replaced. They didn’t seem like they were cleaned well. I also think the couch and throw pillows throughout needed to be cleaned. The master bedroom door does not lock and the light in the toilet of the master bathroom was not working. We didn’t complain about those few small things, we just worked around them. We would recommend this property and plan to stay here again.

A great location with an absolutely stunning ocean view! A great condo with modern deco and secure building entrance. White sandy beach and not crowded. Easy access for restaurants and shopping.
Parking is easy across the street. However, my car was scratched and damaged overnight on two separate occasions. There are a few security cameras for the parking lot, but the images weren't helpful because the cameras are too far away. It falls under the property management's responsibility instead of the host.
Overview it was a great experience and we will definitely come back! : )

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was even better than I expected! Wonderful view of the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves at night and every morning while having our coffee. No cars parked on the beach. The weather was nice during our stay. The view was amazing and the place was very clean. Yeah!!! Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when I go on vacation and you guys did a great job. Beach access was right there which was sooooo nice ! As a handicap person walking a long way to access the beach is aweful so I am very happy with the close proximity to the beach and the ease of access to the pool and beach. Real Joy was always available when I called with questions and they were always very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I do wish the building had recycling and I wish there were more hand towels and wash rags provided but other than that everything was very nice! I will be back! Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo was very nice and was in a great area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The rooms were very clean and beds are comfortable. Fit my family of 10 comfortably. The beach was nice and surprisingly not overcrowded. The owner of the room was very nice. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking situation it only allows up to 2 vehicles and you have to park across the road in a separate parking lot with the two parking passes they allow you and sometimes it could be a good walk if the first parking lot was already full. We had more than 2 cars so they had to pay for their parking and walk to the condo which was about 5 min walk. We were not aware of this when I booked the room so that was an unpleasant surprise. Also the management here is very rude and strict. Other guest on the elevator mentioned they felt like they were walking on eggshells around the place. They have a no smoking/vaping on the property policy that we weren’t aware of when we booked the room so just be aware if you are a smoker you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that we had a great stay and I would stay here again in the future.

We were very impressed with the property location and the overall square footage of the condo. We had bed space for everyone and seating to accommodate all of us in the living room area as well. The gulf/beach was great and the balcony view was beautiful. The only issue I had, which may be a non-issue for some people, would be the supplies left were minimal. I feel that if you are paying for a week for several guests, there should be enough supplies to get you through that time. Each bathroom had about a half roll of tissue and no additional left and the paper towels were also mostly gone upon arrival. I understand not leaving laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets, but toiletries would have been nice to have.

Beautiful view from this condo in PCB. Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked for making a few meals in. We had four adults and a 16 and 11-year-old. 16th floor so the view was fantastic, especially from the master bedroom. Large patio with Adirondack chairs for 6 - we sat out in the mornings drinking coffee. We were lucky to have quite a few beach days the it is just a short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs/umbrellas that can be rented but are not included with the condo. The outdoor pool was nice. Not huge but plenty big enough for this condo complex and my youngest swam a few times. Grandview East is not a huge condo complex compared to some others along the beach. It made a difference in the amount of people on the beach in front of the condo. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Many other places within driving distance and the fact that the parking was easy and accessible made leaving and coming back no problem. Our favorites were Pineapple Willy’s, Andy’s Flour Power Cafe (the best breakfast!) and Schooners. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend this condo! RealJoy vacations made it easy to access the property (no front desk they just send you the door codes) and answered any questions I had along the way.
