Absolutely no complaints about the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and up to date. View was amazing. Corner unit made it that much better. Favorite part was the additional balcony on the street side. We were able to open both patio doors for an amazing breeze. We will be staying there again.

We had a great stay at Grandview East. The only issue was waiting for the elevator going down from the 16th floor, with only one set it was very slow and hot waiting for it. Condo was very clean and spacious and just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We will be booking again when in the area.

We stayed here with the whole family last week! Very good location , and convenient to everything! We had some littles with us and I thought by the listing itself it had a couple pools but other than that we loved it here! We could easily come back and stay in this condo again !!

Condo is great, just renovated and very clean. Location. Location.Location. Great beach view , enjoyed the awesome balcony and chairs outside. Beach service was great and right in front. Parking across street is a little unmarked, nothing that said Orange, which is what my passes were. Elevators were very busy but understandable with the beach being very busy that week. Kitchen was very well equipped. Will put on list to go back to for sure. Great condo to rent for the week with kids at beach ect.

My family and I stayed at the property during Thanksgiving week. The RealJoy team was highly responsive during the entire process, from the initial booking until check out! I highly appreciated the call to check on my family during our stay. The property is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The view is phenomenal, and the location is excellent. The property was clean and very neat upon our arrival. We had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. We would definitely book again!

The only thing I didn't like was the super long code to unlock the door (seriously an 8 button code) and the fan in the master bedroom didn't work... The place was gorgeous! The view is amazing! Very very roomy.. When you arrive go grab a luggage cart located on the 1st floor, not ground. There is one elevator for entire building so keep that in mind during busy season - elevator is hot, no air flow.

Awesome condo, great location between pier park and schooners and super clean. It’s a bit noisy in the front bedrooms, but the box fans eliminated the road noise. Had an issue with no check in instructions sent, but after a call to real joy they sent it right over. Overall this is an excellent condo with everything you need to include beach chairs, some rafts, box fans and hair dryers:). Excellent condo! Would stay again!!

Was a very pretty property. Only problem was that the door didn’thave a deadbolt or chain on the inside so my 3 year old could easily open it no problem! We had asked them about it and they put a temporary chain up but it broke before we left. They were very nice though.

We had a group of 9. 2 families, and we were well accommodated. 3 bedrooms and full baths as well as a sleeper sofa. Well appointed and very responsive management company. Our only issues were 1 of the beds were damaged prior to our arrival and mid-stay an upstairs neighbor caused a leak. Recommend highly regardless.

Loved everything about this condo! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. If there was one thing I’d change it would be the very hard mattress and pillows in the smallest guest room. Since I’m the one that drew the short straw, I got to experience some nights of tossing and turning. I’d they changed out the mattress we would be frequent renters to this unit.

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easy beach access and very secure needing a code for all doors and gates. The only complaint is the parking description. Both spots are across the street. Based on the description we were expecting one spot to be under the building.

Absolutely beautiful condo with lots of room. Love that all the rooms have their own bathrooms and how spacious every room is. The parking across the street wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be. We unloaded by the door, then moved the vehicle across the street so it worked out well. The condo is very nice and I believe it was recently renovated. No ugly pastel colors and dated beach knicknacks thrown around the place. Other companies / landlords should take note of what was done in this unit and make it their blueprint for decor.
Communications were good from the management company and they were quick to get on the phone when we had a question about extending our stay. The rooms were nice and the corner location provided excellent views.
The only con was the cleaning fee was $333 which was more than the room itself and we all thought that was excessive and higher than any of the other places we were considering.
Overall, we highly recommend the place and you wont be disappointed!

Planning your trip ahead of time and doing your research is a must. The place has been beautifully remodeled and it’s super clean. The unit is located on the 16th floor (17 floors total) offering a great view of both the ocean and the city.

Everything was clean. Employee was always wiping things down & elevator always smelled like it had just been sanitized. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun bathing chairs. Direct beach access. Within a beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s. Excellent place to stay.
