Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. One of the best condos i’ve stayed at honestly. Furniture and decor is styled so nicely! Chic and inviting and up to date. Used the kitchen a lot and so thankful for washer and dryer. Enjoyed sitting on balcony listening to surf!

Will likely stay again
Great location right in the beach with a gorgeous view of the beach and water, close to shopping and dining. It’s a lovely condo with everything needed to cook and relax. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. I do suggest a new Kerurig and broom.- Reviewed On: 6/16/2024

Overall was great, it was close to a variety of locations we wanted with being a few mins away the furthest was Shell island Shuttle being at 13 mins away. Had no problem going in/out the building. The view was great , the rooms were spacious. A but dusty un some areas but nothing bad. The queen sofa bed could be a bit better with it being a bit lumpy but nothing too bad where it’s uncomfortable. Check in/check out were easy. Perfect Beach Location
The condo was perfect and just as pictured and described. To enter the building, pool, and return from the beach you’ll use a short 4 digit code. To enter the condo itself, you’ll use a longer 8 digit code but it was not a problem to memorize for the week. We preferred the code method over having to carry around a key everywhere you went. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had good water pressure. The elevators were quick and parking across the street was no problem, even with kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the condo had 3 beach chairs and a tub of sand toys for the kids to use. Since Grandview East is a smaller condominium and it has an empty lot next door, the beach was not crowded at all and we visited during a prime spring break week.- Reviewed On: 4/8/2021

This condo was beautiful, clean and was exactly as pictured. Lots of space for 6 people. And the location is perfect, right on the beach. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach every morning was amazing. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own beach towels/chairs, etc because there were none provided.
