The place was exactly as pictured, RealJoy was very responsive when we had questions. The best part was the view and sunsets from the balcony, also the jets flying by a few times a day! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. We can’t wait to return next year.

Pros: The check in was smooth. The condo itself is very bright, spacious and pretty! The building was kept clean. The washer and dryer were great and very easy to figure out how to use! The beach and the balcony view was beautiful! Cons: The refrigerator light was out. The microwave light above the range wouldn’t turn off. The TV and remote in the bedroom next to the laundry room wouldn’t work so my son had to watch TV and set up his Xbox in the living room. The biggest issue was at times the door wouldn’t open when we would enter the code. It lit up green because we had the right code but the door wouldn’t open. Good thing someone was inside the condo whenever that happened! Kitchen utensils could use an update like getting rid of the broken handled spatula!

Found a new get-away!!! This Grand View unit was exactly as described, only words can't describe the sandy beach or the sunset views. Just beyond words!!! We had five adults comfortably housed, without using the Murphy Bed or the sleeper sofa. As for location, everything is nearby, and was relatively inexpensive. Will certainly be back for more!!!

The staff was always outside checking the parking lot and cleaning the lobby, elevators and restrooms! Super clean condo and the room was very nice. Allow thing we were disappointed in was the size of TV in Living Room we were going to watch opening day of college football and the TV was super small (however it looked like it was due to a broken TV and it not being replaced yet) We actually moved Master TV into Living room for GAME DAY!!! This condo is beautiful and really spacious. The views from the deck were spectacular!
The amenities were adequate, but it would have been nice if the condo has been stocked with enough dish soap, toiletries, etc. to last for our entire five night stay. We also found it odd that this was the first Airbnb on a beach that did not provide beach towels. I think this might be because our prior experiences were at locations owned by private owners and this condo is owned by a property management company, but I’m not sure.
We loved the unit, but it was a very busy time of year when we were there and the traffic was congested. Lots of activities to do in the area. If you don’t mind crowds you will be fine!
Host responded in a very timely manner when we had issues with the access code.
Overall, this was a great place. Many more pros than cons. We would absolutely return.

We were amazed at the condo. Beautifully furnished and very large accommodations. The only thing that may hinder us from using this location again is having to park our motorcycles across the street in an unsecured location. Other than that, the accommodations were perfect and beautiful. Loved the extra large master bedroom and bath.

We really enjoyed our stay in condo 1203. The pictures are accurate. The view from the master bedroom is even more amazing in person. The walk to the beach was the shortest and easiest we have experienced yet. The black mat pictured appears the beach is further away than what it really is, which was a pleasant surprise. AND what a nice perk the mat was. It made access with our wagon so much easier for hauling beach chairs. The Maintenance guy appeared to really be on top of things and available as needed. We had only minor complaints: 1) The kids had black feet almost immediately after walking in the condo barefoot. LOVED the floors, they look clean to the natural eye but not to the bare little feet. 2) Another issue was the coffee pot. It was full of mildew where the water sits in the back. We had to give it a good thorough cleaning before using, so the next guy is all set 😉 3) Parking was across the street which is not very convenient for luggage loading and unloading or if you have children. 4) We could not figure out the TVs in any of the bedrooms. It would be a fantastic perk if there were laminated instructions on the dresser similar to the parking instructions. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed. Lastly this condo is not rented through an individual it is rented through Real Joy. We had issues with Real Joy (Pricing Increases and not honoring perks) but this had no impact on our condo stay.

This was one of the best properties we have rented through VRBO! The pictures were accurate, the room as a whole was very large and spacious! There was a Murphy bed that was a queen, a King in master, a King in second bedroom and a queen in the smaller bedroom. We had more than enough space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed if you wanted to cook. We usually do a shrimp boil one night but I did bring my own pot for that. Lol The balcony was nice and a decent size. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own Big screen TV. The security guy there (James) was very helpful and he kept an eye on everything. Felt very safe there! Loved the colors and decor of the room!!! The only things were very minor, the light in laundry room needs replaced...we used flash lights. There was a small piece of baseboard in Master bath that had come loose by bathtub and one of the pretty lamps in second bedroom needs a new shade. And one of the blue lamps in living area had been broken on base prior to us getting there. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and appreciate the use of this condo!!! We would definitely come here again!!!! Thank you!!!!

We loved this unit. Great unit, very spacious. Comfy beds. Bring your pillows if you plan to use the Murphy bed. Shortest distance we’ve ever had to walk to the beach (while staying in a front beach unit). All in all it was a great place to stay and we will 100% be back and I’ve already recommended this unit!!

Originally staying in PCB however our condo was messed up due to hurricane Michael. Realjoy was fast and easy to switch us over to a different city (Destin, FL) and new unit (Crystal Cottage). We ended up staying in a perfect little beach house just about a 3 minute walk from the beach. The house was very clean and pictures matched, as expected. Beds are very comfy. 5 star company for sure, will be coming back years to come! The only down fall was the pool was not working but it was okay as we came for the beach!

We had a great spring break with the kids here. The unit is right on the beach allowing for some gorgeous sunsets but also easy access if you don’t want to bring too much with you. The unit is as gorgeous as the pictures indicate and the only additional thing i can say is that I need to work with the same interior decorator for my own home :)

The condo was spacious, clean and decorated absolutely gorgeous. The color tones, beach decor and ocean views were enough to make you feel relaxed and on vacation! I was not impressed with the pool area but everything else was great.

My In-laws and us stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The unit was decorated very well. It was quiet and we enjoyed the use of the pool as well. Renting was very easy and we would return.

Tastefully decorated beach theme, spacious and all the amenities you need to enjoy a family getaway! This ranks #1 in cleanliness and welcoming condo. three full bedrooms, master had amazing views with patio access and even has a must see Murphy bed for kids or another couple! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
