Walton Lakeshore Drive, or the Lake Powell boat ramp in Bay County. Approx 650 acres.

Perfect spot close to everything we needed. We needed a home where there was living, kitchen and a bedroom all on the entry level because we were bringing my disabled mom. This was one of the few places in the area we found that fit that criteria!
Upstairs primary suite was really nice. The bikes were great for trolling around the neighborhood. It says the beach is walkable which isn’t really true because of the highway but you’re a 5-10 minute drive from beach, restaurants, rosemary beach retail, etc. Super quiet and private neighborhood.

Host was responsive and understanding. When we arrived it was pouring down really hard. Jessica G assisted us in checking in and accommodated us. The home was very welcoming , neighborhood was peaceful. We would recommend this place to any and everyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The bikes were a nice touch as well. The property was perfect for our family trip and I loved the fishing pier and close location to the beach!
Only things I would point out is that it was hard to locate the pool/clubhouse area. There were no directions listed so we had to drive around the whole area just to try and locate it.
Another issue was when we first arrived, it was a Friday night and the previous people did not put the trash bins out for pickup. So we arrived to an overfilled trash bin outside the house. I reached out to RealJoy and they responded fast, however it still took a couple days for someone to come empty the trash bins.
Another thing is the communication between realjoy and Airbnb. I am use to communication about the property coming through Airbnb. RealJoy sets up a guest account through them and I feel that this caused some confusion. If I book through Airbnb, I just expect communication to be through them.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

This is a gorgeous and well kept home with a true coastal cottage feel. Kitchen was well appointed with all necessary items for cooking. Ice maker struggled just a bit to keep up, but that was really the only issue. Bedrooms are so adorably decorated and the deep soaking tub was amazing. Garage is on the smaller side. Fit a Ford Escape fine, but not our 4 Runner. Community pool is fantastic and had lots of room to swim! You will use the Inlet Beach Public Access just over a mile from the neighborhood. There are bikes and it is possible to bike to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was our family’s first beach trip. 5 of us plus two of our just graduates friends also joined us for this trip. Upon arriving, it was easy to access and get in. We got in late (2am) & the host was responsive to questions. The place was spic and span clean. I am super picky about cleanliness and this place met our expectations. You can’t check in early or stay late, but it’s obvious they are using that time to make sure the place is immaculate for the next guest. We used the kitchen and enjoyed the well supplied cabinets. I had asked about a coffee maker before the trip and was told only a standard drip was available, but when we got there, there was also a Keurig. I had also asked about beach supplies and was told there was none, but it was a great surprise to find chairs, umbrellas, and boards in the garage to use as well as beach towels upstairs. Great public access to the beach and we loved the bike option. Would recommend hands down.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Couldn’t recommend higher. Beautiful home, stunning neighbourhood and pool, and extremely responsive hosts.Note: the lack of cleaning supplies is a bit of a joke, and I’ve seen complaints against the management company elsewhere online so they’re clearly aware. When renting a home for a vacation, you shouldn’t have to worry about trash bags and TP in my opinion! But aside from that, I have no complaints
