This one bedroom, one bath condo is simply stunning, accented by porcelain wood plank tile floors, custom built-in shelving, and brand new paint throughout. The chef in your group will love the upgraded kitchen with subway tile backsplash and new appliances. Enjoy fantastic views of the Grand Lawn from the oversized balcony. Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is the premier new destination in the Destin area. You'll love all the great activities happening in this gorgeous resort set on 2400 beautiful acres on the Choctowatchee Bay. You'll find events such as free live concerts on the plaza, art walks with live music, wine events, fireworks and various special evening happenings, all set in the picturesque Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, the gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, ziplining, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additonal charge. If that weren't enough, Sandestin's fabulous sugar white beaches are a short car ride away!

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, prices listed do not include beach service. This gives our guests the option of purchasing beach set-ups on their own, if desired. Typically beach set-ups, which consist of 2 chairs and an umbrella, run around $25/day or $120/week.

Area Attractions:

Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy and burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coasts only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade.

Want to get your shop on?? You will find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

There's the annual Duck Regatta in October, with plenty of fun for the kids, like face painting and a scavenger hunt, or the October Beerfest, with over 200 brews to sample and live music. During the holidays, there's a wine and food event, with samples from restaurants in the Vlllage and a tree lighting, as well as a Santa Claus weekend with free events including a holiday movie.

Summers are filled with special events, everything from Wednesday night concerts to fireworks over the bay.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was a 5 star+. The condo had a spectacular deck big deck w/comfortable chairs…with it raining all 6 days we were in Destin it was a great place to curl up and read a book. Condo was real nice and comfortable. A couple suggestions: more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days, more hand soap and suggest also having shampoo/lotion in bathroom, some K-cups for coffee….not costly but a nice touch (we did not have car during our stay). Better pillows. We had a family wedding and had about 20 rooms and used Sandestin shuttle. We booked on our own thru realjoy…other rooms booked by brides father…he was disappointed with communication by resort throughout. That being said, I had no problems that I had to reach out to Realjoy, but their communication prior to our stay and during stay was also 5+, they made us feel most welcome and offered their help (I did text one time about what we do with recycles, they got back to me right away…unfortunately the resort/Florida does not have this like we do in Minnesota. Thank you Realjoy…we hope to be back for another stay next winter😀,

Excellent vacation spot

We stayed at the Grand Sandestin, it was a wonderful, wonderful vacation place. The room was excellent, very clean and exactly what we expected from the pictures. The RealJoy company was awesome, they were able to answer any questions that I had. We are going to book this room again next year. The room, weather, beach and water were all awesome.

Wonderful Location

The community was great. We have never stayed Bay Side before and we will likely do it again. The place was clean when we arrived. There was confusion on parking and how to access it. I was not initially sent the information, but once I called the property manager they sent me the number I needed to gain access to parking. There was also an issue with Parking at the Beach. While we were there it appears the HOA cha fed the rules and designated parking area for San Destin Members and their Guests. They said we needed a card or special number and this was new and the Owners nor the Management were aware. There were other guests dealing with the same issues. Again, great community and location, place was clean, we were happy!

Exceeded our expectations!

The place looked beautiful online, but we loved it even more when we got here! The parking garage and reserved beach parking made life a lot easier! I loved that getting to the beach was very easy and stress free and the pool at the resort was wonderful! So beautiful! We watched a movie and fireworks at the wharf and loved being able to walk around the wharf at night! It was a great vacation!!!
