My family, Leo, and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach and close to many shops, pier park and the dog beach. We had such a good time! We will gladly book again next summer! We loved that it was dog friendly seeing all the other pups was so cute! Thank you so much!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was right next to the elevator which made it easy to find and easy to get to. The views of the beach were better than in the picture! The room was in the second building across the street but the overpass walkway made it safe to cross, but there was an elevator transfer process to get downstairs. There was a food and bar stand. I didn't get any food there but the convenience is nice to have. The bottom of the condos had an ice cream and restaurant/bar and there were activities within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen lacked some basic cooking utensils and the Keurig did not work. But they had a regular coffee machine and a blender. We cooked all our meals here and everything else worked properly. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is great. The only problem we had is the floors where not mopped so when walking on them our feet where black. Otherwise it was great.

Even though this property isn't directly on the beach... We still had the most beautiful view of the ocean! It is directly across the street, easy, quick access! Lots to see and do here! too bad the pet thing didn't work out as the whole family could've enjoyed the time, but thanks for the memories! We will be back!!

Great updated overall and perfect location Our room floors were nasty and shower floor wasn’t clean leftover used coffee grounds in pot and all mirrors were very smeared and worst of all the oven was broke and so we lost a lot of food we bought and couldn’t make such as roasts and casseroles , home Made biscuits for breakfast etc

I booked this online not knowing much about the area since I am an Iowa resident. The listing was pretty accurate to the actual property. The pictures are a true representation of the property as well. There are 2 pools, one in each building shopping is with in waking distance and pier park is only a few miles car ride. The ocean was about 2 city blocks away from tower 2 where this room is located. I seen a bunch of reviews about the “elevator situation” but I had no issues with elevators in either building. This room is literally in front of an elevator to so it was super convenient. My only real criticism is that the floors were not cleaned properly there was sand and black particles all over the floor and in the tub and the backs to the remotes were missing. But both of those things were not a true issue for me or my family we made due but it might be a bigger deal to others. I had a great time and my family did too. I can’t wait to book again. Pro: close to beach, accessible, cozy Con: none.

The only issue we had was the people at the front desk to check in and out were never there. We had to call security to check in, and then at check out we stood there for over ten minutes, when the person was literally sitting in the next room. They need a bell or something.

The hotel is great, the pool always clean and well maintained, tfhe front desk staff personable and answer any questions pronpmtly, and its right on top of the beachfront. The room we were in was tower 2 but perfect view of the beach from the balcony, plenty of room for our entire family. I would highly recommend The Grand Panama resort to anyone of any age. The beach cam provided is an accurate way to see your view.. its always amazing

I was travelling with my parents in their 80th and we had a great time. The condo is across the street, but you could use an overpass to get to the ocean. There was a pool on either side, but since it was low season we had the pool almost to ourselves. The condo was very nice, even from across the street you could see the ocean from the balcony and the pool. The kitchen was equipped sufficient. The balcony was large and it was a pleasure to sit outside at night and see the lights of the Panama City Beach front. For the price they charged and what was offered I believe we made a great deal. I would come back anytime. The only improvement would be for the 120 dollar cleaning fee, the place was not a clean as it could have been. I guess you can't have everything.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was across the street from the beach and a great building was good access to parking. There was even a pool on the side that we stayed home. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and some of the beach on a huge well-equipped balcony. The beds were fabulously comfortable and having both king size beds in the bedrooms was a real bonus. The elevators or easily accessible and the weight to get an elevator was minimal. The guest registration was easy and efficient. We will definitely go back. I love the grand Panama

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay! Although, the cleaning service needs to do a better job on cleaning. When we arrived there was dirty, soured smelling towels in the washing machine that we had to wash twice just to get the smell out. The dishwasher still was fully loaded with dishes and spilled coffee was running down the cabinet doors!

Condo met all expectations for our family of 5! The bunk room was nice as it allowed our oldest to have his own space away from his younger sisters. Although this condo isn't beachfront you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony. In addition beach access is about a 3 min walk from the room. There were a few minor things needed in the condo but nothing to negatively affect our experience. The only con was that the parking deck has very narrow parking spaces which can make getting in and out tough if it's packed and/or heavy traffic. All in all if we come back to PCB we woukd definitely rent this spot again.

Upon arrival, there had been a huge rain storm. From that storm, water had gotten in the doorway on the inside of the condo. That was the only problem we occurred while there. We stayed there a week and couldn't have been more happier! The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The resort itself was nice. We didn't really have to wait on an elevator, which is an issue at other places. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean and great location. You may want to bring a few towels. Garage parking is tight for bigger vihicles like most garages but you can park outside the garage. The condo, pool and grounds are very well kept. This area of the beach is beautful and well kept also. Very convenient location. I highly recommend this property.

This condo is in the perfect location in PCB. It was close enough to get to dinner and attractions without being right in the crowd. The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Only problems we had with it where the parking spots were small for big vechiles (not owners fault). We would also suggest bringing your own bath towels as he ones supplied couldn't even wrap around anyone in our condo (more like hand towels and we have small people). We would deff love to stay here again. Thanks!
