The first menu option, "Guest Registration" in the top left, is where you will need to go. If you prefer to register in person, Grand Panama has two kiosks with tablets available in Tower 2. There’s a flat fee of $55 that covers guest registration, wristbands, and one parking pass. If you need an extra parking pass, you can purchase one for $35 for cars and $55 for motorcycles, with a limit of 2 parking passes in total.
The replacement cost for any lost parking tag will be $30. In the case you arrive after 11:00 p.m., a short-term parking authorization will be issued by security allowing you to park. The appropriate parking pass must be obtained at the registration desk in the lobby and displayed in the vehicle no later than noon the following day. Anyone who violates the parking rules will be subject to booting and/or towing and a $150 fine. The only accepted payment method is by credit card. **

The code to the door wasn’t working when we arrived and I had to call and they took forever to answer and then she told me to wait for it to reset for 5 mins. So we waited with our stuff outside in the heat for almost 20 mins while she reset the code. The condo was dirty and we had to wipe down the whole kitchen. There were food stains on the floor baseboards and toothpaste left on the bathroom faucets. The dishwasher didn’t clean dishes and had leftover detergent in it. Then ice maker didn’t work. We were without water multiple times and once for over 24 hours. Never heard from the actual owner of the condo during the whole situation and realjoy only offered a 30% off one night discount while other guests got new places to stay or free nights. I was given the run around about the situation as well. The building itself seems to be run down and not have all 3 elevators working at the same time. Fire alarms went off multiple times and you had to use the stairs to go back to your room.- Reviewed On: 7/5/2025

We loved our stay. The Master bed was very comfortable, very soft. We happened to be there on biker weekend, and we couldn't hear the noise at all. The Tiki bar located in the resort had good strong drinks and very friendly. There are beach chairs to rent, and you can even reserve ahead online for the week, as well as in person.
