Location was excellent! We had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We had ordered service prior to arriving, but ended up taking the ones at the rental since they were much easier to carry. If I come back, I'd be more likely to buy chairs and an umbrella before renting service again. It makes better sense (and cheaper) to do that, even if you have to leave them behind/donate them. We spent most of our time at the beach. It was wonderful and we had lots of families there enjoying it with us. Definitely had great communication from the host. We rented a vehicle and there is plenty to do and see nearby.

Nice place. Had everything we needed and was well maintained. Great location across the street from the beach. You can even see it from the balcony. Walkable to the mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and RealJoy made everything seamless!

Condo was a little worn, but totally comfortable for the two of us. Three, and certainly four persons would have been crowded, unless were younger children. Everything functioned fine: HVAC, well stocked kitchen and appliances, tv’s, and we slept well! Only two concerns: pre visit photos online had us excited and expecting to be right on the beach, overlooking the Gulf from the back deck. Alas, was ok being just across the street from the short boardwalk to the sand. Only other concern was an inefficient e-mail system of Real Joy that was difficult to sort out back and forth when preparing the rental and for arrival. Real Joy’s service and personnel though were over the top accommodating before and during our stay, communicating that they were available for us the entire time. We did not feel like we were alone while visiting the region for the first time. That’s reassuring. We’ll return here for another stay when we visit Destin again.

Overall the experience was great! Location was great! Would have liked to have access to beach chairs, umbrella, floaties without having to pay per day or buy own just to leave for someone else since could not take with us. That would hav made the stay perfect.

Everything was great only issue is I was told checkout was at 10am and housekeeping came knocking on door at 8:30am to clean I felt like she was pushing us out.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and nice overlook towards the beach. Very easy to walk across street to get beach access. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would have no issue staying here again.

It was great for our family. Elevator would have been nice. But can't complain. When we needed things shopping wasn't far away. The walk to the beach was great. And having a washer and dryer there was fantastic. We shut the air off and enjoyed the weather while we were there. Sat on the balcony and relaxed. Spent time in the heated pool was awesome.
