Welcome to Just Beach It at Grand Caribbean West 111! This ground floor, 1 BR/1 BA condo has all the custom touches to this beach retreat that you will absolutely love! With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room, this beautiful condo sleeps 6 guests. Just Beach It also features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 flat screen TV’s, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy walking out to your ground floor patio and relaxing after a day at the beach. When hunger strikes, take a short stroll to the Crab Trap restaurant! Come find out why families return year after year to Just Beach It!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Grand Caribbean East and West feature terrific heated pools, hot tubs, BBQ grilling areas, outdoor showers and picnic spaces in Crystal Beach, Destin, Florida. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street -- less than a minute's walk from the vacation rentals in these buildings. You'll find something that everyone will enjoy and have memories of a lifetime to take home. This is a vacation rental you don't want to miss.

Area Attractions:

The complex is also just a few minutes drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance including 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach. Grand Caribbean West is also within walking distance of Destin's famous Crab Trap restaurant.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Location was great. 200 steps from the beach! Great patio with table and seating for 4 plus 2 chairs and side table for relaxing. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Extra picnic table with grills just off the patio. The grill deck was getting a bit soft and may need replacing soon. The setup of the condo was perfect for us! The tub/shower drained a bit slow and slightly backed up while showering. We will definitely be back to thus unit.
