Excellent place to stay. Even tho not beach front you can see the beach and be on the beach in literally 2 mins or less walk. The condo was clean and felt like home

The air conditioner was ok. I would just say that people are different, so telling them they can't go below 70⁰ could be a turn off. That may not fly in the summer.The pool was fine.I would like to suggest that you should rate your guest. Give them 1-5 stars based on how accurately they followed the directions on how to leave the property. Praise them when they meet or go beyond what was expected. This will help them be better guest moving forward.

Clean, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Our only complaint was the main bedroom closet was locked as the “owners closet”. There was an area built into the wall as a closet- but had less than 12” of hanging clothes rod. We were 3 people sharing that tiny space to hang clothing. The condo is managed by Real Joy Vacations- they are responsive and were helpful when we had an issue with the dryer.

Perfect location, place as described, super clean, very cozy, great views, Real Joy has been the best place about communications! Easy check in, check out. kitchen full of what I needed, can definitely tell everything was cleaned from fridge to shower, super clean. comfy mattress, everything work as should. felt very secure. Great location. Literally across the street from beach access. Pool was awesome and a good alternative to the beach. Having only one bathroom is difficult but the overall space and set up was awesome. We will be back!

Very comfortable and handy to beach. The air conditioning was running nonstop and was annoying but other than that, it was great! The hot tub and heated pool and view from the balcony was the icing on the cake!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous from the beautiful beachside decor to the perfect location. When we arrived, we were greeted by the beautiful sounds of jazz music in the master bedroom and a tower of Nothing bundlets and a bottle of rose wine -- a perfect way to start off my birthday celebration! Everything we needed was provided and the location was convenient where we could visit the beach, restaurants and shops. It was peaceful and most of the neighbors were nice. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, we would definitely book this condo again whenever we return to Destin. Thanks for an amazing experience!

What a great home for a couple days my husband and 3 kids all stayed here by far the most easiest check in and literally a couple steps from the beach the interior was beautiful and well kept super easy instructions only down side was it’s in the 3rd floor no elevator but I loved the view from the patio and u don’t hear foot steps so it was a win! They had everything u can think of inside the home which was a plus literally best place I’ve stayed in Destin and I’ve stayed at many but it was cozy and cute can’t wait to come back with my family!! Trust me you won’t be disappointed!

The place was wonderful. Just few very minor things would be. A few more forks as there was only 4 forks. A few more dish towels. Also, a non electric can opener. Everything else was fantastic. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

This place was in a great location to where family was staying. We were right across from the beach with access at either side street by the building. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great in the evening after a fun packed day. The unit was on the 3rd floor with a great view. The kitchen was very nice with all the appliances you could need. The living area was very comfortable and cozy. The bedroom and bathroom were nice also with a king size bed. Only complaint would be closet space as there was just a small cubbyhole to hang stuff up in, but all and all would chose this place again for next year.

Property was even nicer than the pictures show. Fresh paint and updates. Extremely clean and comfortable. Only downside and issue we had was the wifi connection is HORRIBLE. We contacted mgmt and they were very responsive, but wifi just is really bad in this unit - there was not much they could do to resolve.
