This updated 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sleeps four with a king bed in the master bedroom, and hallway bunk beds that the smaller guests are sure to enjoy. This condo is equipped with fully furnished kitchen, dvd player, comfortable dining and living room areas. Step right out of your patio onto the pool deck! Enjoy the convenience of staying in this first-floor unit with easy access to the pool, beach, parking. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Grand Caribbean East features a terrific heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling area, outdoor showers and picnic space. The complex has a friendly, helpful staff. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street - less than a minute's walk from the building.

The complex is also just a few minutes drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including one of the most highly regarded in Destin, 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach and 'Beachwalk Cafe', rated one of Destin's best by Florida Trend Magazine. Grand Caribbean East is also within walking distance of Destin's famous Crab Trap restaurant.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall great place! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit & 4th time in this condo. We did have a small issue with the dryer getting rust stains on two shirts. Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 across from the beach! Our favorite area of Destin! Very clean! Staff was great at communicating with emails to check on our stay! Patio leads directly to the pool & hot tub, so no walking at night to the pool area, which was nice! We enjoyed swimming laps & getting in the hot tub anytime, just steps away! Nice condo overall, location was great to the beach, unit was clean. Could use update of flooring in the bedroom carpet/rug was very worn (had better days) and bathroom shower area needs either new door to complete or the one glass door taken out and shower curtain used solely. Great location, walk to beach was less than a minute really! Very easy access to all of Destin. Nicely furnished and very clean. A little noise from pool area but that would be the case anywhere. Parking was very close to the door, never had issues getting a perfect spot! Was in town for work, this was cheaper than and better than any available hotel room in June when it’s quite busy!- Reviewed On: 6/22/2023
