This beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse overlooks the Destin Harbor and offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a standard tub, a queen in the first guest room, a queen and two twins in the second guest room and twin over twin bunk beds in the last guest room sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops will have you serving up the catch of the day with ease. Relax in the living room after a long day in the sun with a flat screen TV or kickback on one of the multiple decks and watch the boats pass by in the Harbor. Just a short walk to Gulf side beaches where you can enjoy a dip in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This property is waterfront with a dock! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Area Attractions:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Would definitely book again over 9/10 stay

The location was great it could have definitely had a little tlc here and there just small things needed repairs but the home was beautiful the deck was outstanding and of course Destin is always beautiful Sliding back doors was all off track locks didn’t work on any bedroom doors

Pleased

The boat slip sold us on this property. We drove our boat down in water from Mississippi to hang out at crab island for a few days. We had plenty of room for 8 people and enjoyed our stay. The website said dog friendly but when i began booking it said no pets. We had a great time and ac worked great!

We had a great stay! Our kids enjoyed the dock and being able to wake up and fish with no wait. The only two issues with the unit was with the downstairs master suite, the glass double door wouldn’t shut and lock completely, Then upstairs it rained during our stay and the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Which both of these issues were listed in the reviews so we had an idea that it might be the same. Other than those two things everything else was fabulous!
On a side note- the Neighbors wind chimes, gracious! They were definitely chiming!! But there’s absolutely nothing that this company can do about that because it’s a different property lol! Just be prepared for that in the downstairs suite.

great location and beautiful house. the hosts were fast and responsive.
unfortunately had our fair share of roaches over the wknd and the neighbors chimes kept us up all night.

Beautiful place right on the harbor. The dock was out favorite. Had a great time with the family enjoying Destin. Short drive to the harborwalk. Short walk to the beach. Wish we had more time. Will definitely return.

The house is gorgeous and spacious. The boat slip is right outside the back door and the walk to the beach is maybe 2 blocks away on a quiet street. The house is very up to date, clean. There is an upstairs deck to sit and watch the sunset and boats going by, and a covered bottom deck that is really nice as well. It is right across the bay from the shopping and nightlife area by the harbor, And if you don't have a boat to cross the bay there are plenty of water taxis around. The agents were a pleasure to deal with also. We will be staying here again for sure.
