Inside, Front Porch Sitting offers a comfortable layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make family meals easy, while the comfortable living space provides a place to unwind after a day at the beach. A master bedroom features plush King mattresses, and a guest bedroom with a king bed, while the bunk room includes Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed + Twin Trundle. The living room also features a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The large screened-in front porch provides another wonderful gathering space with plenty of seating. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
