**The Lagoon Pool will be resurfaced. This project will take approximately 4 weeks. Start date on this process is Monday, Oct 27th, 2025. The pool deck will be closed during this time as well due to the safety hazards during this project. We anticipate opening the complex on Monday, November 24th, 2025. During this time, our Neighbors at the Village of South Walton will be allowing the use of our wristbands at their pool complex. **

Welcome to Floridays on 30A, your perfect home away from home! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house is located in the desirable Seacrest Beach community along 30A. The open-concept design of the living, dining, and kitchen areas creates a welcoming, airy space to kick off your vacation. With three spacious levels, there’s plenty of room for relaxation and creating lasting memories with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any chef, perfect for preparing delicious meals. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy King bedroom. The second-floor master suite offers a king-sized bed, a private bath, and access to a balcony. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom with two sets of twin/full bunk beds—ideal for the kids—complete with a private bath and a large TV for entertainment. On the third floor, you will find a third guest bedroom that features two full beds. As an added feature, you will also find a fabulous wet bar and a stunning observation deck on the third floor—an amazing spot to soak in the Florida sunshine, fresh air, and breathtaking 30A sunsets. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, Floridays on 30A is the perfect place for your next unforgettable getaway!

*Two Parking passes will be provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home.*

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000sqft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful time at the house in Rosemary Beach. Everything was exactly as described - clean and made us feel at home. The location was perfect walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this Airbnb. One thing they did not have was a cork screw to open a bottle of wine.

We had a wonderful time at Floridays! The house was clean, within walking distance to the pool and beach, and we enjoyed how safe and quiet the neighborhood was at night. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, enjoy live music very nearby! The bikes were fun for our family to use on the nature trails. All the beds weee comfortable and the en suite bathrooms in every bedroom were perfect for everyone to have their own private space whilst under the same roof. All in all, a terrific place to stay!

Only hiccup was finding the actual front door key pad when we got in super late. There are two manual key boxes, but those are not used anymore. Location was great, bedrooms were great, kids enjoyed the neighborhood pool, the beach was walkable but there are also trams that took you there. We will definitely visit again!

RealJoy was responsive and informative to all information. When arriving, we had trouble using the side door because the instructions weren’t clear but other than that, it was an easy check in. We had two puppies and one of them was outside on the property and came back in with marijuana (a blunt) in its mouth. This was the only down side of our stay and it could’ve been from a previous renters. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. However, we felt as if it could’ve came with a few more amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. Because the beach is private to the community members, you had to bring all of your own beach amenities which is hard when you are flying in from a far distance. The tram made it very easy to get to the beach though. The community was beautiful and the location was very close to shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the spot. We felt as if you couldn’t go wrong in any house in this location!
