Welcome to Fleur de Sea – Carriage House! Access the carriage house by exterior stairs or through the second-floor veranda. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with a futon, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace that can be closed off for privacy. The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, sink, microwave, and drip coffee maker. The bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed, Smart TV, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Guests staying in the carriage house also enjoy access to the game room, featuring a ping pong table for added fun during your stay. *Please not there is NO washer and dryer in the carriage house.

*Need more space? The Fleur de Sea main house can also be booked together with the private carriage house, creating an expanded retreat ideal for extended families or groups. Please contact us for details and availability.

Low Monthly Winter Rates Snowbird Season runs from January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Area Attractions:
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its  incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center with coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
