So let me start out by complimenting Real Joy. We had a couple small issues and they had someone out immediately. I will definitely be using them again. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space for 16 people. Location was great. If I had to pick one thing that needs some attention, it would be the kitchen furnishings were a little lacking. We purchased some stuff to fix it so it really wasn't that big to us.

The house was absolutely perfect for us…lots of open space for the family to convene, sitting areas with televisions on each floor and in each bedroom! We also loved the large, comfy bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. The kitchen and pool were our favorite hangout spots! Best of all was the super short bike ride or walk to the beach! We truly enjoyed our visit! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our guests enjoyed the stay at the property. There was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen large enough to cook for 17 and enjoying dining together. Since it was March we had to pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. We had a few issues with a leaking shower and a gas tank but the management team sent someone out right away. We appreciate the great communication with the team. Definitely would stay there again.

Our group of girls had a great stay at Fins Up! There was plenty of room for 14 of us and ample bathrooms for everyone to spread out as well. The location was great and walking distance from the beach. Would stay here again!

My friends and I had the best time at our stay at Fins Up last weekend! The house was gorgeous, cozy, huge, and exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Each guest almost had their own bathroom. We loved the loft area on the second floor and the gaming loft area on the third floor. It was perfect for late night hang outs.The back yard/ patio area was so nice. There was plenty of space for all us to lay out and hang by the pool. The heated pool was fabulous and a must if you stay! We loved being able to see the beach from the second and third floor, just a block away. We needed assistance turning on the heated pool and Real Joy was just a text away and it was on in no time. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back and explore more!

The house accommodated our family of 18. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. The floors needed to be mopped because our socks became dirty just walking though the house on the first day. On the first night there was sand in one bed on the third floor and dead bugs were found in one bed on the second floor. When we went to use the gas grill the battery was dead in the grill igniter. We would consider renting this house in the future due to its space and location.

Great 3 level rental however only one bedroom with full bath on first floor.remaing rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Make sure guest are fit to climb the stairs and climb onto the top bunks if counting upper bunks as sleeping arrangement. Overall great place to stay for with multiple generations. We were pleased with the cleanliness and open feel to this home. Kitchen was well supplied with plates, cookware and utensils. A quiet street and plenty of areas for play and visiting. Loved the wine/beer frig on 1st and 2nd floors. Appliances do need to be checked as dryer was too slow and broiler did not work in oven. Number of towels and initial supplies were generous and appreciated. It may be helpful to supply information regarding suggested beach areas as we were surprised to find some beach areas labeled “private”. Overall a great stay!

Met expectations. Great location. The only things I suggest are getting a vacuum of some sort to do a better job at picking up sand on the floors. It was hard to sweep with a broom. Also, some of the drains didn’t drain well (1st and 2nd floor stand-alone bathrooms). Signed up to have pool heated and it wasn’t upon arrival. We called after a couple days and said something. It took a couple trips out to get it figured out, but thankful we had it part of the week. Otherwise, great place, location, and service.

Beautiful home...only about a 3 min walk to beach. The public beach area closest to the home however is very small. The condos have all the beach " private" space on the beach so the beachhome renters are all piled in a 15 ft wide section of public beach...not properties fault but fyi. The ac was stuck on Celsius not Fahrenheit, even though several knowledgeable men tried to set it to Fahrenheit. I couldn't find check out procedures because I chose " already left" on one of the emails. I should have chosen " check out early" then maybe I would have received the checkout/ clean up procedures before we actually left. Those were the only small issues. Overall it was an excellent experience...we would definitely rent again. The brzee bungalow was wonderful. We had 18 people and plenty of room. Great memories made!!

Our friends and family came to join us for our anniversary weekend and this was the perfect location! (12 adults, 2 kids, 2 babies) The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. The pool was a little smaller than expected reviewing the pictures online but it was still really nice to have. I would definitely suggest heating the pool this time of year as we didn’t have it heated the first few nights (was supposed to be) but they corrected that for the last two nights of our stay. They were also very responsive with the few requests we had. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get comfortable. Above and beyond expectations overall, would come back for sure! Some moms took daughters and friends for Fall Break. The house is laid out perfectly - LOTS OF SPACE. There isn't a lot of clutter/ decorations (which I love). Ample refrigerator space with separate ice maker. Each floor has plenty of room to breathe. The description is spot on. I would recommend bringing extra blankets, as there aren't any in the house. The pool and location were great. EASY walk to the beach and several restaurants. I would definitely stay again. We had 24 , and it did not seem crowded. The kitchen table and bar were great places for congregating and offered plenty of seating. The home is beautiful.

This house was perfect. There was a total of 18 people, ranging from adults to teenagers to young children. We had a great time. There was ample room for all of us, the pool was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Me and my family had an amazing time at this property. The location was perfect and the property was clean. The beach was a walk away and restaurants were too. I highly recommend this property to anyone having a family vacation.

House is a short walk from beach, has a great backyard with pool, and a sit down video game for the kids on the third floor. Great spot!
