Family vacation with 14 people. Plenty of room for the kids on the 3rd level great king rooms for the adults. Easy walk to the beach. Fun trip on the Sea Blaster out of Ft Walton and a good day at crab island. Can’t ask for much more!! Best family vacation in years!

This is by far the best place that I’ve stayed at on ANY vacation I’ve ever been on. I definitely recommend to anyone that’s traveling to Destin. It’s close by everything especially the beach. I will be booking again my next visit to Destin, FL.

So let me start out by complimenting Real Joy. We had a couple small issues and they had someone out immediately. I will definitely be using them again. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space for 16 people. Location was great. If I had to pick one thing that needs some attention, it would be the kitchen furnishings were a little lacking. We purchased some stuff to fix it so it really wasn't that big to us.

We had the best time!! This home was close to the beach. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed it every day after the kiddos were tired of the beach. Had everything we needed!! Would highly recommend for large families as we were able to be together in one place!! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 13 girls for a bachelorette party. We had the most amazing time. The house is VERY spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool was a perfect addition. We couldn’t be happier and do not have a single regret.

Great Stay for a group of friends of a family. Lots to do at the bnb and in the surrounding areas. Only issue was the grill hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This home in Destin was perfect for our group of 10 guys. The location was great, just steps to the beach. The house is massive, with plenty of room for all of us as well as our golf bags and gear. I will be staying at this home again

Fins Up is the perfect home for a large gathering. Large open spaces inside and a beautiful pool and patio. It’s a very short walk to the beach and is centrally located to everything you would need.

Met with family for family reunion. Plenty of room for kids to play upstairs and adults to talk together downstairs.. Kids loved the pool and even enjoyed it with outside temperatures of 55 degrees. This was a great place for a large group.

Great house and property! Just as advertised. A minute or two walk to the public beach, excellent dining options within walking distance, and 3 top tier golf course all literally within minutes in either direction. Our stay here was perfect! The place looked just as good or even better than the pictures and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! This will definitely be our go to place next time my family and I are in Destin!

The house was absolutely perfect for us…lots of open space for the family to convene, sitting areas with televisions on each floor and in each bedroom! We also loved the large, comfy bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. The kitchen and pool were our favorite hangout spots! Best of all was the super short bike ride or walk to the beach! We truly enjoyed our visit! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Me and 11 girlfriends stayed here and it was so great! The pool was great and the house was perfectly located less than 5 mins from the beach. We did encounter 1 cockroach which I know is to be expected down south so jt wasn’t a huge deal. Overall house was very clean and comfortable

We had great time , nice house , a really like it , great location, the only thing was don’t had trash bags , and the app don’t work to given the code i had to call , but otherwise a really good house ❤️

Our guests enjoyed the stay at the property. There was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen large enough to cook for 17 and enjoying dining together. Since it was March we had to pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. We had a few issues with a leaking shower and a gas tank but the management team sent someone out right away. We appreciate the great communication with the team. Definitely would stay there again.

Our group of girls had a great stay at Fins Up! There was plenty of room for 14 of us and ample bathrooms for everyone to spread out as well. The location was great and walking distance from the beach. Would stay here again!

My friends and I had the best time at our stay at Fins Up last weekend! The house was gorgeous, cozy, huge, and exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Each guest almost had their own bathroom. We loved the loft area on the second floor and the gaming loft area on the third floor. It was perfect for late night hang outs.The back yard/ patio area was so nice. There was plenty of space for all us to lay out and hang by the pool. The heated pool was fabulous and a must if you stay! We loved being able to see the beach from the second and third floor, just a block away. We needed assistance turning on the heated pool and Real Joy was just a text away and it was on in no time. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back and explore more!

The house accommodated our family of 18. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. The floors needed to be mopped because our socks became dirty just walking though the house on the first day. On the first night there was sand in one bed on the third floor and dead bugs were found in one bed on the second floor. When we went to use the gas grill the battery was dead in the grill igniter. We would consider renting this house in the future due to its space and location.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 18. Enough seating for meals and space to spread out. The bikes that come with the property need a bit of service/repair, but other then that, we were very pleased with this property.
