Crystal Beach Cottages is a Seaside-like development in Destin. The highly desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping and is maintained in pristine condition. Enjoy easy access to the beach and a private community pool available to all residents of Crystal Beach Cottages.

Area Attractions:

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled Henderson State Park is also just down the road!

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 300 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Loved the place! Great location, quiet little neighborhood with zero traffic. House is in great shape and well decorated. AC was responsive, screen porch is great for outdoor hang outs. Would certainly come back again.

My family loved staying at the home. We enjoyed the open kitchen to cook meals and still be apart of the group. Close walk to the beach, beds were super comfy, the community pool was really nice and we loved the close proximity to them home. The porches were one of our favorite parts. Would gladly go back and stay again.

Adorable Beach House! Great for our family of 5 with two toddlers! Reserve a golf cart to be delivered and picked up to have easy beach access without paying to park. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and house was right across from the neighborhood pool!
