Welcome to your home away from home at Enclave 703B, "Sugar Sands". This three-bedroom, two-bath penthouse boasts gorgeous views and abundant sunlight from every room! This unit is spectacularly located right across the street from the beach and is only steps away from private access to the white sugar sand. The living area is situated near floor-to-ceiling windows facing the southwest, overlooking the pristine emerald-green gulf waters. A formal dining room is separate from the main living area, with sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony boasting stunning gulf views. The kitchen has everything the chef in the family will need to prepare a delicious meal. You will find a king in the master bedroom, a king in guest bedroom 1, 2 queen beds in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 10 comfortably. The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.

Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, which was deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Excellent stay. Very well kept, great location with great amenities such as a good, clean pool; easy access to private beach; easy access to laundry; and nice showers, beds, and kitchen.
Only two complaints is what others mentioned with needing to bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper and also there was quite a bit of sand piled up in some locations (such as corner of bedroom or bathroom).

Great stay and would recommend!!
Right across from the beach and it was very nice and clean. You weren’t suppose to turn the air below 70 and it was really hot. The master bedroom fan didn’t work which made it even hot.
