Welcome to Enclave 702A a recently remodeled 2BR, 2BA condo in The Enclave complex located right across the street from gated beach access! This beautifully furnished condo is great for entertaining, with spacious floor plans in both bedrooms, beautiful furnishings throughout! There’s a king bed in the master with a private bathroom and queen in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room making the condo comfortably sleep 6 people. Stroll about 500 ft to private beach access, splash around in the community pool, or play a friendly game of tennis! Enclave 702A has everything you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes from plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Condo was nice! Master bed was very comfortable except for a few blinds were off on each window. Kitchen had everything except spices or even salt and pepper. Living area was very nice. Sliding door to balcony was very hard to slide. Furniture on balcony was very nice. We had trouble getting the front door to lock when we left. Had to call a couple times until someone explained what to do. We would definitely stay again. Very quiet area and restaurants are close. Beach was wonderful! Chairs had names on them but we're unoccupied. Not sure how to reserve.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Everything exceeded our expectations—the space was clean, welcoming, and full of charm. The views were breathtaking, especially waking up in the master room, and the short walk to the beach made it even more perfect. The host truly created an environment that felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our time, and while a few extra pots and pans would’ve been nice, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. We made unforgettable memories here and would gladly come back again. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and joyful getaway—this is definitely the place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely AMAZING stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The views were breathtaking — especially from the master bedroom, which was definitely a highlight of the entire trip. Waking up to that view alone made it worth it!The location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus and made everything so easy and enjoyable.The kitchen had everything we needed for the most part, but adding a few more pots and pans would make it even more perfect. Other than that, no complaints at all!I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway!

The view ,the decorations, the tub and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't find the entrance to the beach. The shower was kind of hard to figure out how to put on hot water but we got.

Absolutely loved staying here for summer vacation. Perfect spot for my 17 year old daughter, her best friend, and I. This was our second time staying at The Enclave! The unit was clean, roomy, had a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom, and the proximity to the beach is perfect. One thing I will recommend is installing a full-length mirror for the ladies. ☺️
