There’s a king bed in the master with a private bathroom and a double over queen bunk bed in the guest room, allowing this condo to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Stroll about 500ft to private beach access, splash around in the community pool, or play a friendly game of pickleball! The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes from plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. Enjoy!

Check-in was super easy! Everything was very comfortable, clean, and a great location! We had two very minor things that we let them know about, and the Real-Joy assistant was super sweet and brought us 2 new beach chairs since there were 2 that were broken. We loved the layout of the place. And getting to the beach was a very easy walk. The beds were very comfortable too! We will definitely come back and stay here!

Okay, so we just wrapped up our stay in Destin and I gotta say...
This place was like finding a twenty-dollar bill in your old jeans pocket - exactly what you hoped for but didn't dare expect!
You know how vacation rentals can be total wildcards? Well, this one was aces all the way. Clean as a whistle, comfortable as your favorite Sunday sweatshirt, and packed with charm like a small-town diner.
The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Seriously.
Check-in flowed smoother than morning coffee, and check-out was just as effortless.
We were close enough to the beach that we could practically taste the salt air from the front door.
Pickleball courts were a plus!!
If you're on the fence about this place, just go for it. It's a home run!

microwave handle fell off the first day, it was clearly broken before and glued on, patio outlet cover fell off, again clearly glued on. Could of used more toilet paper, 3 rolls for 4 people for 5 days is NOT enough, more than 2 rolls of paper towels wasn't enough and 1 dish towel was not enough

This RealJoy property was just as described and just like the pictures. The beach was literally across the street, just a 2 minute walk. The only thing that wasn't clear to us was where the overflow trash should go. We were able to put the household trash in the chute as instructed, but had a hard time locating the outdoor trash can for our pizza and drink boxes. Other than that, our stay was great! We would definitely stay again.
