Enclave 701A- Shore Fun

Great condo! We love Miramar, and being so close to the public beach access is important to us. This was our second stay at Enclave, and it’s just a great location!

It was a very comfortable stay. We have 7 people. 3 adults 4 kids and plenty of room. Straight across the road to the beach we walked back and forth all day no big deal. It is close to shopping and fantastic restaurants. I had a few questions when I got there and I had no trouble getting assistance quickly! I would definitely recommend Enclave.

It was a challenge communicating with AIRBNB staff to get gate key code as I had to sign contract via e-form form text to my cell phone and form would not transmit. The stay at Condo was great with beach view.

It was a tad confusing finding the place at first because we got told building A and then in an email got sent the address for building B but they’re right next to each other so we just tried both!!
it’s SO close to the private beach & the code is the same to the gate code. Very nice and safe area. Clean beach. Lots of room (we had 7 of us)

I will say the building is on the older side but the interior of the condo was as the pictures show. We had a time finding the place but that’s was on our end. The beach is a 1 minute walk. It’s very peaceful to wake up to the sounds of the ocean I may say. It is a private beach for accessibility which you are given a code although it was crowded-the atmosphere was friendly and family oriented.
There is a binder for the activities and local prefer restaurants.The condo also comes equipped with all the beach necessities which was thoughtful. The host was responsive and patient. We appreciated the privacy and will be back soon

We loved our stay at Shore Fun at the Enclave! Our family trip included our children, my mom, and my grandfather. The location was great for all ages. The building has an elevator and the walk to the beach was short. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s definitely a location we would look at again.

This was the perfect stay for a place close to the beach! It was an affordable option for a great location. The place did not provide extra toilet paper and paper towels or soap. So make sure to bring extra. The beds were semi-comfortable but did the job! We had six girls stay and it was a great place. Good living room seating, a nice sized kitchen for cooking, and two bathrooms so plenty of room for us!

This was a great stay! Perfect for 3 and a baby. Lots of storage for personal items and grocery storage in the kitchen. We were able to open the windows and hear the ocean at night. Parking was convenient. Walking distance to the beach with private entrance! We walked to the Crab Trap for drinks and beach time. Great stay!!

This place was an absolute delight! Perfect location, the beach was a very short walk away. We only had one issue and it was with the coffee pot. They came out and replaced it ASAP on the same day. Very clean place and very responsive and attentive owners. It was near several restaurants as well, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience!! Everything was perfect. The apt was very clean and tidy, the tennis court was great freshly painted and beautiful !! we had everything we needed to spend a good time, the host was attentive all the time in case we needed anything. Access to the beach is super easy and walking distance !! the beach is beautiful and the sand is white ! We loved it!

We stayed at enclave and we love it! The condo is furnished nicely and beautifully. There’s 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom and a pull out sofa which comes in handy for our big group. The view is beautiful and the parking and the elevator makes it easy for us to go up and down. The pool is nice but it’s not very big but we still enjoyed it otherwise. We would want to comeback again.❤️

Nice, clean, and comfy. Centrally located to a lot of things including good eats(pompano joe’s is a must eat) and beautiful beaches and convent access. Priced really reasonable and very good with communicating before, during, and after your stay. The home is really clean, have an amazing view, and all the necessities to make it feel just like home.

The location is only 3-5 mins walk to the beach. They have a private gate access. This was very helpful because we have kids and senior adults in our group, so they didn't have to do a lot of walking. Although the condo building is kinda old already, I love the condo unit itself because it has a very functional set-up and very cute decor. Basic needs are ready in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. My favorite part was the owner also provided beach chairs and other beach stuff.

We had a wonderful stay!! Everything was just perfect. The condo was very clean and neat. It was equipped with so many thoughtful touches and the host responds right away. Just make sure when at the beach pay attention to the signs, make sure you are not on private property.

SUCH a cute condo and perfectly located! Maybe a two minute walk to the beach and the view of the ocean and city from the balcony was stunning. They also provided beach chairs and floaties we could take to the beach, which was so appreciated. The only negative is that there really wasn’t enough toilet paper or dish detergent. We cooked a lot and were only given two dish washer packets so we had to buy some at the store along with more toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, it was excellent, would absolutely stay again.

Highly recommended decked out condo directly across the street from the beach! The condo is in a great spot with numerous seafood restaurants all within walking distance and outdoor seating with ocean views. The beach is beautiful. Don’t miss the opportunity to reserve this condo for your next vacation. Cozy beds, great views, and an amazing location. We only needed transportation to and from the airport! 10 out of 10.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation.
The condo was sparking clean and beautifully decorated. The space is big and we did not feel cramped.
The balcony offers amazing views of the city and you can see the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning; it was so peaceful.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to fix meals. We cooked several meals and had plenty of utensils and cookware.
The condo also offers beach chairs, toys, floaties and umbrellas! There is everything you need!
The location of the condo it right across the street! Less than 2 minutes and we were at the beach.
This is a smaller complex compared to other places in the area and we loved it! It’s very quiet and the residents who permanently live there are amazingly nice!
I look forward to booking this condo again!

This place was great for us and our four small kids. The beach was right across the street and there are beach toys in the house to use (beach chairs, shovel, buckets, etc)! The pool was great too for when we wanted to get wet in the sun, but didn't want to deal with all that beach sand. The layout was perfect with the master bedroom, two beds in the other room and the pullout couch in the living room; it was nice and spacious, too. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely seek this place out for when we return to Destin.
If you're staying for more than two-three days, I suggest bringing an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and some extra dish washer soap. While there is a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toiled paper, and enough soap for two runs of the dish washer provided, it is nice to have extra.

This place is wonderful! It makes you feel right at home. I’m normally on edge when it comes to the bathrooms, but it is was exceptionally clean! The unit is close the everything. Each restaurant or shopping center that we went to was only a 4-10 min drive. I would highly recommend booking!

I enjoyed my stay 100% ! The place was clean and spacious. I loved the location. The condo was literally across the street from the beach. Access to condo and beach was easy. I received all info prior to my arrival. The only thing I was bummed about was the no internet and WiFi on one of the days I stayed due to Hurricane Sally. I was notified about and the issue was fixed . I most definitely would stay there again.
