Welcome to Enclave 605A, a 3BR/2BA condo located right across the street from Crystal Beach! This beautifully furnished condo has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. With a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Full-sized beds in the first guest bedroom, 2 Twin-sized beds in the second guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Walk less than 200 yards to private beach access, swim in the pool, grill outdoors, or play a friendly game of tennis. Enclave 605A has everything you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.

The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Place is in good location. Pool, tennis and volleyball are on the grounds. Private beach is a minute walk, though the “no trespassing” signs on the beach every 20 yards can be confusing. Couches are leather, which is great in a rental by the beach. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and dinette. My only warning would be: bring beach towels. It’s the first time I’ve rented near a beach where I had to run out and buy some - not a big deal.

Beautiful condo

There is a private pool for the renters which was nice. The beach was very crowded. The property description was spot on, very clean and plenty of towels etc. There are numerous places to eat and shop within a short drive or walk. All my girls loved it!

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay here. The condo was plenty big enough for our large family. The condo and building were both clean and the pool was lovely. You do have to cross a road and go down a large staircase to reach the beach but it's a very short walk. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

The views were amazing! The condo had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The management company did a great job communicating with us with check in instructions and answered all of my questions very quickly. Thaddeus from maintenance needed to come a fix something from the previous rental and was able to quickly fix a chair that was also broken. He was very kind and professional! The only minor issues we had were that the back bedroom stayed hot but we used a a fan and that helped cool the room and there were crumbs under the living room furniture. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to come back!

Great place!

Overall the condo was great! It was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. I wish there were more towels provided for larger groups. We washed towels all week! Also it never really seemed to cool off. The air conditioning was set on 70 degrees and at night was warm still! Overall the location was excellent.

Harmony Beach Vacations - great job!

Harmony Beach Vacations, Inc. was super responsive to our needs (extending our stay). It was the best vacation we could have given the COVID-19 situation. Fully equipped kitchen (including a blender and a mixer) was super helpful since we cooked in the apartment. Apartment is dated but it is a clean rental property right across the beach. Nothing to complain about. Harmony vacations were super helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay!

When we arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was. I never felt sand on my feet walking around inside. We loved how calm and quiet it was and with the condos being smaller the pool was never over crowded. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION!!!!

From start to finish everything was wonderful. Easy check-in, and checkout. We have always booked through Harmony Beach Vacations but this by was the best experience of them all. Condo was much larger then expected and the views were amazing. Comfy beds in all the rooms. Loved that they had carts available for us to bring up grocery’s and luggage. We went the week of July 4th and was able to see fireworks from all views. Could not of asked for a more perfect vacation spot. We will definitely be back!!!

Our Home away from Home

Great place to stay!

Perfect for what we wanted out of our trip! Walking distance to the beach (less sand in the car) and walking distance to great restaurants! The condo was perfect, except the outlets in both bathrooms were not working, which makes doing your hair difficult. And the ceiling fan/light in the smaller room didn't work either. However there was a lamp and the A.C. was awesome so we didn't really miss the fan. We would stay here again in heartbeat! And NO BUGS!!!! I grew up in South Fl. and bugs are just a part of life in Fl. but I was pleasantly surprised to never encounter a single bug, not even an ant!
