The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes from plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was clean and included many updates. It is very nicely furnished including the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We are very familiar with the Enclave because our sister and brother in law own a unit on the 3rd floor. Great location, nice beach and swimming pool. This place was fabulous and I definitely will be back. The condo is decorated tastefully, giving a beach vibe. Spacious with many different ares for people to gather yet have their own space, access to the beach is easy. The beach is beautiful. A coffee shop in walking distance with a great tiki bar on top. So many activities within minutes. This was our best vacation in a while.

Great location, nice amenities. Terry the cleaner was very nice and kept the lobby smelling clean and comfortable. Only negative was that you can hear the floor above on occasion. Part of being in a condo but other than that location and amenities were sufficient.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need, the place was very clean up on arrival very easy to access everything that we needed. The balcony view wasn’t of the beach, but it was still a beautiful view. The pool was warm like bathwater so the kids really enjoyed it on the cool mornings. we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay for my little family of 5. I was impressed that everything in photos was exactly like the place in real life. Thankful for all the accommodations included with the stay. I tried my best to keep it tidy because I do have a baby and 2 kids that are super messy. I found the vaccuum and found the towels and cleaning supply for dishes. I was glad they had the kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, silverware, cups, plates, and bowls. We were very pleased because we cooked everyday of the stay. We loved how close the walk to the beach was!
