Enclave 304B is a recently updated 2BR, 2BA condo located right across the street from Crystal Beach! This beautifully furnished condo has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. With a King-sized bed in the Master featuring a private bathroom and walk-in shower, and guest bedroom with two full-sized beds, this unit can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Walk less than 200 yards to private beach access, swim in the pool, grill outdoors, or play a friendly game of tennis. Enclave 304B has everything you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

The Enclave is a well kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes drive to plentiful shopping, dining and entertainment in Destin.

Area Attractions:

The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway

Great location, only a few minute walk to the beach. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The Keurig coffee machine was not working properly, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Memorial Weekend Family Vacation

Conveniently located near the beach and a few restaurants (within short walking distance). Very quiet condo. Felt like we were the only ones in the entire condo and this was on Memorial Weekend. Condo was clean, no clutter and appliances were clean. Definitely will consider going back.

We had an issue when we checked in trying to get the code to get in and we could not get ahold of an agent for about 30 minutes. Usually when I arrive at the designated time the code is emailed to me or accessible from the app. Other then that the location was great and the beds were great. The drain in the master bath/tub needs to be cleaned out because it would back up every time. They have both styles of coffee makers which is great. There are no beach chairs or beach towels and no washer dryer in the unit.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and well maintained. While we didn’t have any issues be sure to use the parking pass. In the event you have any questions contact RealJoy as they were very helpful in our Golfcart rentals and restaurant recommendations. Overall our stay was great and absolutely perfect for our family.
