This beautifully furnished condo has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. With a king bed in the master, and a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a Murphy bed in the living room, this unit can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Walk less than 200 yards to private beach access, swim in the pool, grill outdoors, or play a friendly game of tennis. Start making memories that will last a lifetime at Enclave 302B!

The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.

Area Attractions:

The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our trip to Destin was amazing! The condo’s location is perfect with only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. It was very clean, well stocked, and organized. The online listing is true to form as the pictures are exactly as they are in person. We were very pleased and would stay here again!

It feel very homey!!!
We had some inconveniences with the supplies but it wasn’t enough to harm our staying. Space was clean and the towels and sheets were cleaned. They were very responsive !
Only things it could have as convenience for people out of state are the beach stuffs. Umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler… it would be very helpful!

Very nice place to stay, kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in them. Very clean as well. Pool was very nice and kept clean.
Property needs the fix ac in the lobbies and get some more carts to help with check in/check out.

Relaxing and clean

My family owns a town home at Green Reef across the street from Enclave. We love staying here for its close proximity to my family place when we have so many family members. This condo was clean and well maintained. Close to beach! Close to stores! Our family had an amazing time. We will be back. The host were always willing to answer any questions.

We enjoyed our first time in Destin!

We came to Destin for our 14 year olds Perfect Game baseball tournament. The Condo was everything we expected! It was clean and stocked with beach toys and chairs! We all sleep with fans and we were really excited to see that there were some there for us to use! We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

There was visible and invisible dust on horizontal surfaces, had to clean ourselves. We would prefer “friendlier” lock. Gulf Tide Vacations: Information in guest portal and rental agreement should be not general, but for this property.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and beautiful. It is across the road from the ocean but only a 30 second walk to the beach. Honestly wonderful place to stay though and would stay there again. The only bad thing I could say about this condo was we were there for 3 nights and we only had partial roles of TP in the bathrooms so we had to go out to get some. But again. The condo is beautiful. Probably the prettiest I have stayed at.

Small Getaway

Clean and Spacious Condo-walking distance to the beach!!

My family and I loved this property. Very clean and spacious. Everything as advertised. Walking distance to a private beach. The beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were a BONUS especially when you are a group. We will definitely be staying here again!

property was nice & clean bed was comfee. 3 things though the plugs in both bathrooms did it work & the jacuzzi bath tub button to turn it on was a dummy button so could not turn the jets on.. other than that it was good!

Cozy and Convenient

This property was so cozy and definitely made me feel like I was at the beach. The property was clean and had. Ice amenities. Just a short drive or walk from the restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was amazing and always there to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend!
