If you're looking for a family-friendly place to call your next home away from home look no further than Enclave 302B a 2BR, 2BA condo located right across the street from Crystal Beach! This beautifully furnished condo has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. With a king bed in the master, and a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a Murphy bed in the living room, this unit can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Walk less than 200 yards to private beach access, swim in the pool, grill outdoors, or play a friendly game of tennis. Start making memories that will last a lifetime at Enclave 302B!

The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.

Area Attractions:

The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at the Enclave! The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was so close to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.The host was fantastic and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. Our condo was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. It had all the ammenities we needed and it was a short walk to the beach. We felt like it was a home away from home. There was a Senior lady who kept the property clean and immaculate! Destin itself is a great place to visit. Very beautiful here!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very nicely decorated and clean. Although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen seemed well stocked with anything one might need. The property has lots of nice features like a pool, tennis and basketball court and is a short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay her again!

It feel very homey!!! We had some inconveniences with the supplies but it wasn’t enough to harm our staying. Space was clean and the towels and sheets were cleaned. They were very responsive ! Only things it could have as convenience for people out of state are the beach stuffs. Umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler… it would be very helpful!

Very nice place to stay, kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in them. Very clean as well. Pool was very nice and kept clean. Property needs the fix ac in the lobbies and get some more carts to help with check in/check out.
