Walking distance to the beach, private beach access and nice clean pool for this kids. Loved the location and the room look just as listed. I would book again. Also I left my daughter’s phone in the room and they found it and shipped it back to me! Thank you again so much!

We had a fantastic stay.
Pros: The rooms and beds were clean and free of clutter. Very comfortable couch. Extra pillows in the bedroom closet. Throw blankets in the living room. Tasteful decor. Helpful dinnerware and cooking items in the kitchen. Large dining table. All appliances and AC worked amazingly well. Very close walk to the beach.
Cons: The only major downfall was the master bathroom door didn't lock and the "bunk room" was quite small. (literaly just a set of bunk beds in a small door-less hall closet with no outlets) But after a long day of beach and pool fun, the kids didn't mind the small room. Minor inconveniences: no salt and pepper shakers, odd smell in the unit upon arrival (possibly just stale air). No blinds or curtains in the living room means the sun shines in very hot and bright part of the day (which is mentioned in the listing)

We had the very best time! It was exactly as described and the perfect place for our crew.
I do want to say that even though there was beach access across the street, when you got down the stairs there were private beaches to either side that had security guards, leaving you stranded to try to find wherever the Enclave beach is. We never had to search due to friends renting a home on one of the private beaches, but this could be a big deal for someone thinking there was close beach access. We never saw a sign for where our “beach” was.
Also, it IS stated in the listing, but be aware there is only coin laundry on the property!
All this aside, we really had an amazing weekend and would book again!!

Wonderful stay in a well decorated, clean, well-appointed, comfortable home. We loved every part of it (except for not having any window treatments.) RealJoy is very thorough and incredibly polite. We enjoyed dealing with them for the most part. That being said, I did not like having to drive an additional 30 minutes (15 min each way) to a remote office to check in. It was weird and unnecessary. I was sat down like a child in a back office with another couple and read the rules. I understand what’s at stake. We had already signed a lease and had read through everything. I knew the rules and didn’t need them read to me. I learned to read 50 years ago. The staff was very friendly, at least, which made it a little better. Other than this time consuming bother, we absolutely loved the place and the beautiful beach. I would love to go back if we could avoid the cryptic silly, meet-up nonsense! Five stars to 2 Pina Coladas!

this was my second time staying here and i love it! they are always so quick to respond to anything you need! the condo is very nice and looks just as the pictures! very walkable to the beach (3 mins) and super easy to access! the pool is also great! would stay again!

Condo was very nice and clean. Laundry area and trash shoot close. The only downfall was the beach area we had access to was very small and crowded. But the rental was very nice. We had everything we needed and all the beds were comfortable as well.

Very very very clean the whole facility! Great part of Destin to be in, laundry room right outside of door, easy check in, you can tell they keep up with things there, things have been upgraded and not run down at all, spacious for us 5 adults 3 kids, exactly what I was hoping for!!!!!! Very nice management to talk too they was great!!!! Would rent again!!!!!!!

The property itself was beautiful and right across the street from the beach access gate. The only issue we had is if bringing more than 2 vehicles you need to do your research as to where you can park overnight and not get towed. We had someone in our group get towed, we asked the tow company where we could park so we did, and still got towed AGAIN! I think that company is a scam. Overall the beach was crystal clear water and would definitely recommend this location to others.

We were all very impressed with this rental property. As depicted in the pictures the property is updated and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and sufficient linens and pillows provided. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect; just across the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

We had 6 adults and 2 children and this condo was perfect. The pool was visible from the balcony and the walk to the beach was just across the street. Our only complaint would be the fan in the bedroom with 2 full beds does not have a high enough setting to actually help cool the room down as we didn’t feel there was enough AC circulation in that room. Other than that we had plenty of space and did not feel like we were on top of each other during our stay.

This property suited our needs perfectly. The remodel made it so much nicer. Kitchen very well stocked! I do suggest higher quality linens. Oh and you have to pay to wash clothes, otherwise it was great!!! A+

We rented this condo for Spring Break. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautifully updated. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The pool was “heated” but it was a cooler week, so the water still felt cold. We enjoyed beach volleyball and basketball. Make sure you bring your own balls, they are not provided. You need to bring almost everything you need, but we knew that going in so it wasn’t a surprise. The laundry is on the 2nd floor. You have to pay $3.25 per load to wash and dry. We will stay here again! We truly enjoyed our vacation!

This unit at the Enclave is beautiful. It's newly renovated with stylish touches and comfortable furniture. The living room has a large television and a very comfortable couch to snuggle up on and watch movies. The first bedroom has two full beds. A renovated closet of some sort has a bunk bed in the space. There is very little room here, but great for kids! The first bathroom is very nice with lots of counter space and a very nice shower. The master is very large with a well-appointed bathroom.
The kitchen is small but functional.
**While the Enclave is incredibly close to the beach (across the street is the private beach entrance), this unit does NOT have a view and is not ocean facing. The view from the balcony is of a tree and the parking lot and swimming pool.**
We would stay here again.
