Sea Forever is located in the exclusive complex of Empress on the shores of Miramar Beach and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Stewart! This immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront condo features 10ft ceilings and two spacious living rooms with balcony access showcasing views of the Gulf and the Bay! Located directly across the street from the beach, enjoy endless blue coastline views from one side of the condo and views of the lake from the other! Both living areas have ample seating and are centered around a large flat-screen TV. The bright white kitchen is upgraded with custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a wet bar off the kitchen, so you can whip up your favorite beverage to enjoy on one of the balconies. This corner unit allows you to be surrounded by ocean views from the king master bedroom which also features a jetted tub, separate shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closets. The second master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony access facing the beach! The guest bedroom has a king beds and panoramic windows of the bay. There's also a queen size sofa sleeper in one of the living areas, allowing for sleep accommodations at a maximum of 8 guests! Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Space is even bigger in person. Location is amazing in Miramar! Public beach isn’t overly crowded even during spring break! Definitely some rules for the condo but as long as you follow them, no issues. Apparently teenager with headlight searching at night for tree frogs is suspicious activity-as long as you can kindly explain what was going on- no big deal . Seriously though, these pictures don’t do the justice! We loved staying here, 1000% would return!- Reviewed On: 4/4/2026

The condo is fantastic & a highly recommend! Lots of space. Laid out well (2 sitting areas, large kitchen table, front & back balcony). Wonderful views. Close parking spots. Only shared elevator twice the whole week. The street between the condo & beach is easy to cross. The building staff are very kind & keep the grounds immaculate. With two masters, the West side room gets really warm so choose what works best. Bring extra dish rags/kitchen towels. Only complaint- Air B&B gave a price one day & the next day jacked it up high. I inquired with Real Joy about the change in price. They said it was a ABB thing & they couldn't change the price. I went to a different computer & the price was magically the previous day's price so I booked it (ABB tracks you & may raise price when they know you're interested). Real Joy later offered an extra day at a discounted price. They were able to adjust the price then- but "couldn't" help us when we wanted to book the week? Should be addressed.- Reviewed On: 8/4/2025

The condo and location was great! One of the bedrooms stayed a bit warm but we found a couple of fans already there so that helped. They do not budge on early check-in’s or late check outs, also if you bring more than two vehicles be prepared to find parking somewhere else!!! Our month on the beach was just excellent. The condo is beautifully decorated. Views from both patios are mesmerizing. The master bedroom is especially comfortable. We found that everything you may need is within a 2-3 mile radius. And the beach !!! The beach is the most beautiful we have ever experienced. Miles of clean white sand and turquoise water.
