Welcome to Emerald Waters 407 – On Beach Time, a charming top-floor retreat where coastal comfort meets relaxed beach living. This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a bright, airy design with tasteful décor and an open layout that instantly makes you feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, offering granite countertops and plenty of space to prepare meals with ease. Guests can gather at the breakfast bar with seating for three or enjoy meals together at the dining table for four. After a day of sun and sand, unwind in the living area on the oversized sectional sofa while catching your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV. Step out onto the spacious private balcony to take in the warm coastal breeze and enjoy partial Gulf views—perfect for morning coffee or a peaceful evening wind-down. The master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and lovely views, along with a private ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the extra-wide sectional comfortably accommodates one guest. Whether you're planning a quick escape or a longer stay, On Beach Time is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create lasting beachside memories.

Emerald Waters is a four-story mid-size complex with only 36 condos. It is adjacent to the Frangista Beach community and located on the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Road for easy access to the beach or Highway 98! Conveniently located between the attractions in both Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center.

Area Attractions:

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was fantastic, we will be booking again. the little closet of mystery items i can say as of 6/1/2025 has 2 boogie boards, a skim board, two chairs, beach umbrella, and other beach toys we left as well! Don't be scared off on the 24-48 hours of supplies, it lasted us our whole trip honestly. There is more than enough here and great people at the pool! my son and i had so much fun

Family Vacation

Had a great time for our 2023 family vacation. Location was perfect, walk to beach was easy. Stairs to beach need attention (foliage growing over walkway and each side of staircase was very dirty with trash, also found a nail in the sand right in front of the stairs so be careful!!) Would recommend new patio furniture (the wicker is starting to give on most of the chairs) Overall, condo was perfect fit for our family.

The unit was perfect for our girlfriends 4 day getaway trip! The condo is cross the street to the beach, walked to Pompano Joe's for delicious food (we went 2x and each time the wait list was almost 2hrs), and Alvin's beach store is next door. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed including a kitchen/bathroom start kit. I reported slow drains in all the bathroom sinks which was resolved the next day when a maintenance guy stopped in. Shower water pressure was low though no biggie. For host-provided beach gear-we only found 1 beach chair, 1 umbrella, small cart, and small cooler bag. On the beach you can rent 2 chairs+1 umbrella for $42 good until 5pm. Host is strict with no early check ins however we were given access codes to use the pool/pool bathrooms/beach. You need a parking pass (which are left for you inside the unit) to park in the parking lot so I was concerned of my car getting towed. The host assured me parking is more strict at night and I did not have any issues.
