Emerald Waters 301- Saltwater Therapy

Four of us stayed here over Spring Break, two moms and their teenage daughters and it was absolutely perfect! Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our one week stay. Communication was fantastic - any questions we had were answered promptly. Location couldn’t be more perfect for our needs. With beach access right across the street it made getting to and from the beach incredibly convenient. Especially for using the condo restroom during the beach day. While the teenagers walked around at night we adults sat on the street/beach facing balcony and watched the action. This was a lot of fun for us. Inside the condo is quiet, but one can still hear some of the street noise from the living room like loud trucks or screaming teenagers lol. But it didn’t bother us at all. It wasn’t loud enough to be a nuisance. So much is within walking distance. Great coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee) and more. Easy parking, close to everything you need. Smart TVs in living room and two of the three bedrooms. The full/twin bunk bedroom just has cable. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place if you enjoy being close to the action and need easy access to the beach.

Spacious and accommodating for our crowd of 10! Short walk to the beach and front row seat to the Gulf from the balcony! Comfy beds and soft linens made this place really feel like home!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Walking to the beach was super easy and very close by. You just have to cross the street. This is on the third floor with four flights of stairs for anyone who may need to know that. It was no problem for us. The space was clean and well decorated. It provided everything we needed and was close to a lot of places. The beach access was easy, 2-3 minute walk, and the beach area was very nice and not over crowded at all. The pool was nice as well. Would definitely recommend this place and the hosts. We have no complaints regarding our stay. We really loved this place and enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect from the function of the rooms and accommodating our family to the prime location and proximity to the beach. The amenities were as stated and we had no issues accessing them with the owners information. We were able to have fun, relax, and enjoy our time!! My family of 7 had an amazing time in Destin! Jilenna and her team did amazing keep me updated on everything and the condo was more than we expected! We loved everything. So much that we extended our stay and extra day and they made it so easy to do! The condo was Spacious, clean, beach was minutes away! Everything was walking distance and we loved that! Enjoyed a great two week stay here with my family. Really convenient location, nice clean condo, big comfy beds, and a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Just a side note for anyone taking a baby- there’s no high chair, doesn’t change my review or experience but may be useful for future families to know.

Everything was great except all the umbrellas on the beach. The companies have taken over and literally ruins the trip. I have come to this beach for 12 years and I won’t be back. Owners need to put pressure on these companies.

This condo is super close to the pool and the beach. I originally booked it because the Airbnb map put the unit on the beach side of the road. It is actually across the road. It wasn’t a major issue though as it was on the end of the building that is closest to the crosswalk for the beach access. The other thing I didn’t realize it that this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so you have to climb 36 steps will all your stuff. Communication with them was just ok. It didn’t sound like the guy I spoke to (trying to figure out parking) had ever been to the place before or knew about where to park.
Other than that the unit was fantastic. It was big. Both the main bedrooms had private bathrooms which is great. That means both the parents of two families staying have their own bathroom and the kids have one they can share apart from those two bathrooms. The pool was great and very close by. There is a nice balcony to hang out on. The walk to the beach access was super short and where you cross the street is a 3 way stop for traffic with crosswalks so it is not hard to cross.

We stayed at Emerald Waters 301 and the place was amazing! It was beautiful inside, well kept, had everything we needed and directly across the street from the beach with easy access. This was a family vaca for us with our kids and grands, and it was perfect for our group! If we get a chance to head back to Destin, we would love this same condo again! Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. You will be across the street from the ocean. It offers gated beach access. However you do have to go down quite a few steps to get to the beach, for those with a babe and beach wagon like us. We would book here again.

Emerald Waters is a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful beaches and a pool. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops and more. Grocery stores are a quick drive and the area is both relaxing and active. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the staff were kind and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
