Welcome to Emerald Waters 204 – Sweet Retreat, your perfect coastal getaway! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a bright, open layout designed for relaxation. Step inside to find a welcoming living space where comfort meets style. The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances and everything you need to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a full dinner. Guests can gather at the breakfast bar with seating for three or enjoy meals together at the dining table for four. After a day at the beach, unwind in the living room on the oversized sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV. Step outside to your private balcony overlooking the pool—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with an evening drink. The primary suite offers a newly updated king bedroom set, a flat-screen TV, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a new king bed, flat-screen TV, and convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the large sectional can comfortably accommodate one guest. With its fresh updates, comfortable layout, and inviting atmosphere, Sweet Retreat is the ideal place to relax, recharge, and make lasting beach memories.

Emerald Waters is a four-story mid-size complex with only 36 condos. It is adjacent to the Frangista Beach community and located on the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Road for easy access to the beach or Highway 98! Conveniently located between the attractions in both Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center.

Area Attractions:

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The beach is so close and walkable . I traveled with a 5 year old and my older mother in law and had no issues walking back and forth to the beach access . The balcony is right above the pool which is perfect if you have kids . The condos AC works perfect and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and utensils .
Note !! The private beach access does not allow canopy’s , thankfully the condo had extra umbrellas to use .
Everything was perfect , especially for the price .

Great place, easy walk to the beach. We have 4 kids and they loved the pool and hot tub. I could watch them easily from the balcony. Decorated well, comfortable, full kitchen so we didn’t spend a fortune eating out. Sunsets at Destin are magical.

We really loved it here, the location was perfect for us and our two young kids. There is so much to do within walking distance.
The condo was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed! We really appreciated that there were multiple umbrellas for beach use. We brought our canopy/tent, but the beach doesn’t allow tents unless you walk super far! The owners were very responsive and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!
