The property has recently undergone a complete exterior renovation and boasts amenities such as a seasonally heated pool with stunning Gulf views, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Ideal for couples, families, and friends, this complex is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico, close to Destin's premier shopping, dining, and attractions.

Overall impression is very nice. Great view and this unit was within 20 ft. of elevator. Only downer was using hair dryers in both bathrooms, simultaneously. It overloads the circuit.
