Location. Beautiful view. Clean room. Currently a lot of maintenance going on. Closing certain areas and creating a lot of noise. Stayed here last year. Turned in a broken closet mirror then which is still broken. Rug in living room with small tear in it also.

Great stay only one problem noise from construction was a little much. Started at 730 800 am until 500 or 530 pm. Going to look really nice when finished but was not aware it would be so extreme. But still managed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again,but after construction is finished.

We had a great stay. Master bedroom wall looked as they was working on it possibly. I was told the balcony couldn’t be used but when we arrived, it was open, so I called to verify that we could use it and we could.
The only bad thing we had was feeling rushed to get out of there as the cleaning person was standing by the door a hour before check out , waiting on us.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Everyone (kids and adults) had an amazing time. The views are spectacular, and its a short walk through the pool to the beach/ocean front! There is a pier/board walk right down the way (within walking distance, but we drove) that also offers fishing, restaurants, and shopping. We would love to stay again in the future.

It's the perfect location for a vacation. The beach front is awesome and the pool is really nice when you tired of fighting the waves. The place is quiet and easy to get to. There are tons of things to do in the area or just hang out on the beach with the included beach service. So there's no need to bring chairs or an umbrella since it's included.

The only complaint I have is the keyless entry, last night we were locked out at 11 at night. Called they did answer right away however we were told the emergency person was on other side of town and we would be stuck outside for over an hour. Longer if they had to call a locksmith.
Luckily we kept trying and it worked one more time to get us in. Maybe change the batteries a little more often.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location. Our only issues were the king room was warmer than the other rooms and we were only given 1 trash bag for the kitchen. They had an extra small fan in a closet so we could use it to help. We would definitely visit this condo again. Even our teenagers enjoyed being here.

we absolutely LOVED this place! Beautiful views and walk up beach front. Clean and heated pool. There was a "Borrow Box" filled with buckets, nets, boogie boards, and floats for the beach and pool. Our kids loved the place, we will be returning in the future. Very easy check-in instructions and listed attractions and restaurants.

Great location, be advised your view of the beach overlooks the parking lot as well. This unit has a t.v in each room, books for adults & children, as well as games/puzzles. It also has plenty of furniture to store your personal belongings & hooks for hanging clothes/towels.

This place was very peaceful and had a perfect view of the ocean! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening! It was very relaxing and comfortable place for some much needed downtime. We will definitely be back…😊 And if I was to write one negative, it would only be that the parking in some places was a little tight and hard to get out of for others. Great views out the front door and balcony! 10/10 would recommend staying here! The owners put in a lot of work to make the condo feel like a home! It was clean and everything we needed was there! Our stay here was perfect. There was 6 of us staying here with a 1 year old, 5 year old , and 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and even had a bed that pulled out from the couch that was perfect for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfect with multiple restaurants less then a mile down the road. Would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay again.
