Absolutely great location as we could walk to plenty of restaurants and had a view of crab island. The pool has a spectacular view. We appreciated the free beach chairs and umbrellas at the private beach, you just take the boat shuttle, which is pretty cool! The place was quiet and clean.

The stay was almost perfect. The only thing that I had a problem with was that, I reported a problem about the TV in the bedroom (master). I (my grandson) was not able to watch tv in the bedroom at bedtime. And no one came to repair it. Upon leaving, I told the receptionist at the front desk and she didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize about anything.

Great family trip

The property is beautiful from the front door, through the building, into the room and out the balcony it was all very nice. The traffic noise right next to the building took away from the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Grande! Restaurants, food trucks, shops and entertainment were right at our doorstep without having to drive anywhere. This was our first time staying on the bay and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Cooking/baking dishes were a little sparse, so not quite set up to cook for a large group, but we got by just fine. Real Joy was excellent about communication and when we had an issue with the dryer door, they sent someone out right away while we went on about our day. By far the best rental management company we’ve rented from!
