We decided to stay at this unit for our first trip to destin. I took my three boys who are 13 and 18 and my 80 year old parents. The unit was very nice and very well decorated. Was so glad to have a condo because we were able to do laundry and cook breakfast every morning . Very nice view of the pool area and able to see the harbor from the balcony. We also loved the fact that the HarborWalk was right there for food options and water sport options. Staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

My husband took his 5 employees down for a fishing trip. Condo accommodated 6 men very well. Was in walking distance to everything. Very convenient to the harbor. Everything was just as described and more! Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin and yearly for our employee annual fishing trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Grande! The ferry beach shuttle to the private beach was amazing and the entire area is walkable. We were able to walk to all of our favorite restaurants, Boshamps, Dewey Destin’s, McGuires! We can’t wait to be back in October and we’ve already booked the condo!

The spot was exactly as advertised. Great balcony with an amazing pool view. The condo was roomy and has everything you need. But it was the location that really sealed the deal. So many things close by. Destin traffic can be heavy so having so many things walkable was a huge plus!

Perfect location! Condos are clean and building is solid. Close to all the action but very quiet for resting. Our particular unit could have used some plumbing maintenance but we figure it’s probably on a “to do” list. We are in the plumbing/mechanical field, so no star deduction. We will be back with more friends and family for sure!

We had a fun trip - the pool got a little wild from wild loud bachelor parties and drunk folks (one threw up right by the pool and was never kicked out) unregulated so I don’t think I’d bring my kids to the pool if I came with them but overall was a great stay and very convenient with the beach shuttle etc. the cafe got busy in the mornings and overpriced being the only option but overall happy with our stay!

We loved this place! We booked it last minute as our original rental was a dump. The location was fabulous. My only complaint (if you call it that) is they called my husband and grilled us on how many people were staying there. We rented a 3 bed room for myself, my wife, and my daughter. Obviously we didn’t need that much space but we cared more about the location than the price. They drilled us with a million questions about why we rented such a big place for only 3 people. Then made us come down to the front desk and sign a paper about it. Not sure why they cared so much if we were paying the nightly rate.

Everything was perfect! Microwave did not work but no big deal. The beds were so comfortable. I am a local who moved to Maryland. The Emerald Grand is such a great location and I was so blessed to stay here and see my brother.

We loved loved loved our time spent here. The view is beautiful from the balcony. Being right in front of the pool and view of the beach was amazing. We were in walking distance of restaurants, harbor walk and other activities. The only time we had to get back in our car was to go to Walmart for groceries. We enjoyed the private beach access and riding the shuttle there and back. This property was beautiful. We will definitely be back every year. My only concern was the response time from the host.
