We enjoyed our stay very much. Our condo was wonderful. There were a couple of things that needed addressing prior to next guests.
The refrigerator handle was broken and both showers leaked onto floor. Other than that, everything was great. We have already booked for next year’s Seafood Festival.

We traveled here with our two young kids at absolutely loved our stay! Check in and parking was a breeze, the zero entry pool was perfect, and the amenities such as the beach shuttle or room service were easy to navigate. The unit itself was bigger than expected and very clean! We had a fun and carefree stay in such a fun location and will definitely stay longer next time.

Loved the shuttle to the beach and the beach itself. We had young children and the water was perfect. We were within walking distance to several restaurants. Staff were excellent. The fireworks show was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Parking was difficult but we expected that.

Beautiful property in a great location! We absolutely loved staying here and would come back again! My only complaint would be that the toilet in the bathroom ran frequently with a high pitch sound, sometimes all hours of the night which kept the person in the living room up at times.

This property was very nice with an excellent location! We had 2 minor issues: one during checkin. They didn’t have my information at the front desk and had to contact property manager 3 times. The other was that the room keys didn’t work and we exchanged the keys 4 times. It ended up being that the batteries needed to be changed in the electronic lock. Other than that, great property and experience. I would definitely tent again and recommend to others.

I left my towel cards in room at checkout and emerald grande wasn’t able to enter room and was going to charge me, and I let my host know and they returned the cards for me to avoid the unnecessary expense! Came down for first time with spouse to experience the property , didn’t realize how much there was to do there lived it . Only thing is things didn’t stay open very late . There is no smoking area unless you leave the property, we suggest a cigar lounge.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I needed a quick respite from a hectic time back home. Emerald Grande was perfect. Weather was fantastic, property is beautiful and well cared for, and condo was nicely furnished. The amenities were well worth the stay, even in December. The off season in Destin is great.

The location is absolutely perfect for family or friends trips. Right on the boardwalk so it's easy to walk everywhere. Grocery store located close by as well. The pool is fantastic and the food prices are very reasonable. The staff in all positions are helpful and friendly. The room was well maintained, clean, and sufficiently supplied. It was an amazing experience all around and I'm looking forward to my next trip.
