This spacious 3BR/2BA condo features a king master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony access, a king guest bedroom with a pool view, a third bedroom with twin over twin bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Emerald Grand is a fabulous property. Clean, beautiful views and great staff! Close to local restaurants and shops on the harbor. The room was spacious and comfortable for the time we spent there. I would highly recommend this location to stay in Destin.

Good stay

The kitchen has VERY limited supplies. We’ve stayed at MANY VRBO’s all with way more kitchen supplies then offered here. It’s basically a hotel. Zero seasonings, oil, cooking spray etc. not even coffee. Again basically a hotel. Great location and be sure to take the boat shuttle to the private brach. Very chill and low key

This part of Destin is beautiful and I e always wanted to stay at this property. While it’s a bit of a splurge, it was a special occasion and worth it! This unit is well kept, clean and sufficient room for our party of 3. Spectacular views of Destin Harbor and centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit.
The only suggestion I have is for the property itself…better signage would improve the guests experience. Things are poorly marked or not marked at all. Getting to the village seems like it could be better marked. Both from inside the building and in the parking garage.

Great view. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Really nice exercise facilities. Kitchen well supplied with blender, coffee maker, roomy refrigerator. No place to keep a boat or boat trailer.

We checked in Sunday and checked out Friday. This stay was awesome! The view was beautiful and the condo was fantastic. There’s a parade on Tuesdays and an air show PLUS a fireworks show on Thursdays. There’s an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, plenty of activities to get into and a shuttle boat to the private beach. It was such a great vacation for our family of seven (7).

You’ll have to make a stop at Walmart or something to pick up drinks, food and seasonings to cook. Otherwise there’s diners & places to eat right across the street. Also there’s basic stores like CVS, Winn-Dixie & such all on the same street as the condo.

Overall it’s an awesome place to stay. Super clean, quiet & relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

Very comfortable beds! Great layout for a group. Views of the harbor from both balconies. On-site restaurant was great too! Boat to private beach was great too. Chairs and umbrellas provided at no cost! Great value!
