Enjoy the open floor plan with the living room overlooking the emerald green waters and a spacious kitchen with a dining table and breakfast bar. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The king master bedroom is gulf-front and includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There's also a king bed in the first guest room, a twin over queen bunk bed in the second guest room, and an ottoman that converts into a twin sleeper, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Emerald Dunes is a low-rise, beachfront condominium complex located in Crystal Beach. With a private gated entrance and direct beach access, this is the ideal getaway for families or couples. Amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated community pool, a hot tub, and a grilling area. Emerald Dunes is conveniently located nearby to Henderson State Park, less than a mile from Destin Commons, and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Destin like Camille’s at Crystal Beach! There is truly something for everyone at Emerald Dunes!

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also close by.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautiful view and beach access. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub and pool are nice. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable living room. There were some boogie boards left in the closet that we enjoyed. We would have liked beach chairs included, salt and pepper or spices available, coffee filters. The TV technology is a little dated and we would have liked more throw blankets. These little things would not change our 5 star opinion. The location and views from the property, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and living room furniture are definitely worth rebooking! We would recommend this property!

Perfect Family Spring Break Location

The location was excellent. The house was updated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking! The only thing I could recommend for future updates is adding TVs to the two other bedrooms. The chairs on the deck were the best part!

Great Condo on the Sand

Stayed with my wife who is handicapped, my teen daughter, and elderly mother- this place was perfect for all our varied needs. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the bottom floor which gave easy access to the beach and my wife loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves and watching the dolphin pods swim by! Would highly recommend to anyone. Hope to be back some day.
